All the staff is always professional and friendly. Latesha the manager was very hospitable and on point 100%. We love going to the Pete Ellis Dr. Pizza Hut For takeout. Our order is always ready on time, hot and made with perfection as requested when ordered. Thank You, Guys keep up the good work ..It's noticed.

Excellent. Ordered pizza for carry out Pete Ellis .... to be ready at a certain time and they had it ready to go. Toppings were correct and was delish. Employees were very friendly and accommodating. A change to some of the other places in Bloomington. Haven't been to a Pizza Hut in a long time... but will be e back for sure!!

The pizza did not have half of it's bottom crust. Seemed like it was stuck to the pizza pan and they just removed the part that was stuck and sent me the pizza. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

The food was prepared on time but, was not very good. I ordered a dinner box that included two types of pizza, breaded wings and breadsticks. I really like the idea of all of those in one box. However, none of it was very good. Unfortunately, I would not order from this restaurant again.

I'm not really surprised this place is closed. Their service and attitude as of late has been really lacking. They act like they are doing you a favor for making your food and one time I went their the credit card machine didn't work. Oh well, plenty of other places.Update: LOL Pizza Hut Bot my experience was not great, it was awful, hence the 1 star. Duh!

You order your food. You think everythings okay and then the other disappointing shoe drops. It never shows, if your lucky, and it does get delivered your order is totally screwed up or the food is cold. I asked for a refund and was told no. I had to come into the store because the order was wrong/missing and they made me wait an additional 30 mins. They used Doordash because they can't keep employees. Always short staffed, only one person working the shift. Never ordering from here again. Do yourselves a favor and order from another pizza place. $81.00 wasted.

Ordered online for delivery, and was quoted 45-55 minutes.After 75 minutes I called the store, no answer.I drove to the store, and the person working said that they didn't see the order come in.They made it for me while I waited.No credit, no discount, not even a "We're sorry for the inconvenience".The pizza was fine, when we eventually got it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! I had a very small issue turning into a bigger problem when this store forget items from my order. Nobody at this store answers the phones so I had to call customer service to report my issue which became a week long investigation instead of just having a driver run back out to deliver my item. Horrible delivery experienceUpdate: The assistant manager reached out to me via email and fixed the problem later that day. Rating is updated. Very quick and personal customer service once their busy day was over. Always appreciate a business that cares about its customers

I'm not one to leave negative reviews on places because some days are hard days. However within the last month I've ordered Pizza Hut twice and have received incomplete orders. They don't have delivery drivers so when they are out of something or they don't have it I don't get a refund. This specific location never had the phone in so when you call you automatically get a receiver. I've given ten multiple chances but not only have a missed out on at least $40 but there is no way to contact anyone who is higher up about receiving a refund.

I was really craving Pizzahut's wings for about a week. The first location didn't have a fryer or something. Decided to go to the location on Pete Ellis. Guy named Trying helped me he treated me like a friend and was very kind!! Food was great!
