Order Chicken wings for delivery to send to my house- spent over 43 plus dollars and have not gotten my order. They tell me they tried to call me and lied about that. Also tell me my address is not valid- how is that possible why would I make up and address? When I paid for my food. That doesn’t make sense. Right now at this moment they have taken 43 plus dollars of mine and didn’t deliver any of my food. I regret ordering from Pizza Hut and will never order from this place again. They are rude and they will take your money. Do not order from them. You will regret it.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with light marinara and extra cheese tonight. This isn’t the 1st time we’ve ordered extra cheese as a topping and not gotten it. However tonight is the 1st time I’ve called to address the issue. This pizza looks like what a normal order of cheese on a pizza looks like. So when calling to explain the problem I was told by the woman who answered that she made the pizza and it definitely has extra cheese on it. Umm, well that’s odd because I’ve had regular pizzas have more cheese than the one I ordered extra for. She explains that extra cheese is only a 1/2 cup more (for almost $4 extra dollars which is insane in itself) then rudely says well I can remake it for you but it has extra cheese. No thank you, I’ll take my business elsewhere since you clearly think you’re in the right and wanting to argue with a customer instead of just apologizing and resolving the issue. That would be skill #1 in customer service for future reference.

The pizza hut online messed up after ordering a cheese and bacon large carryout. I realized the mistake, and when I went back to ask them to fix it, the manager with dark hair and glasses said that I'd have to order another pizza. Very unhelpful. Really let down because we use this location all the time for convenience.

I order pizza from them regularly and noticed a decline in quality. Today was the last time I will order from this store. My 12yr old found a black curly on his pizza, I was pissed , then not even 3 minutes later, I find a cat or dog hair in mine. Unacceptable to the fullest.

Recently ordered a 2-topping medium thin-n-crispy and breadsticks, came to something like $28 which I thought was a little high but welcome to Biden's America. Picked up the order and it turned out to be the best pizza I've had in years! It actually had extra sauce on it, just like I asked. That's a concept that's eluded other Pizza Huts in town for YEARS! The pizza was great, breadsticks were great, no complaints other than price (but it was still worth it!) Thumbs up.

I really like the location and drive thru and have never had any problems till tonight very disappointed I ordered the big box my wings were hard and barley warm and same with the bread stick,I also got no sauce for the bread sticks was not pleased at all tonight!
Best Pizza Hut location around! Polite and helpful staff. Have never had any issues. Fresh pizza in timeframes promised.

All of the cost cutting over the last 20 years has absolutely killed Pizza Hut. I am sad that my newborn son will not have the memories of Pizza Hut that I do.Recent changes to the size of their dips literally spits in the face of customers.
