My family and I decided to give Red Lobster a try and the server didn't disappoint. Miss Rosie was one of the best servers I've every had. Even with other tables she made sure we had what we needed and we never had to ask for refills, and she did this will all her tables. Thank you Miss Rosie for helping us have a great experience!

The waitress was amazing. Made suggestions and was just super sweet. The food was amazing. The Parrot Island Coconut Shrimp with Piña Colada dipping sauce was the best shrimp ive ever had. 10/10 would recommend

We got a steak and lobster dinner with baked potatoe and cole slaw and the house wine which was so cool it had gold glitter floating throughout and cranberries dropped in the drink it was a Christmas wine but I can’t remember the name of it. I love this place !!! We were seated right away and the atmosphere was relaxing very clean building and parking lot can’t wait to go back !!

Not happy with the Bar Harbor liked it better seprate not over noodles. Crab legs were warm and cold like they had been microwaved they have done better this was early in the day which is usually better. Sorry but was alittle disappointed.
Took forever to get food. Had to ask for my salad and when it was brought out it was disgusting. Waitress smiled and said she used the bottom of the barrel but just refreshed it if I wanted another.Also told our wait was due to kitchen not being able to get A potato right 2x. My daughters fish in the meantime set....half was edible half not.Went to the bathroom while waiting so Long for food...Bathroom stunk so badly I had to cover my nose with my shirt and almost puked.

Had a reservation, after seated waited 15 minutes before anyone noticed us yet everyone else was being served. Waitress finally approached and was anything but friendly, in fact appeared annoyed with us. Waited 30 minutes for a salad, no one checked in, no refills offered nothing, so we paid for our drinks . Our waitress was in clear view serving other tables, just not ours. We left hungry , disappointed in the terrible service. We will never return or recommend this place

Atmosphere was great, had fun watching the lobsters in the tank fighting. But our server honestly sucked, she didn’t even bring us our appetizer (and forgot another table’s salad until they had their main course). Only good part was that the manager at least comped part of the meal but I’m not coming back here. For $70, and this kind of service, no.
