The drive through customers terrorize this parking lot. Good luck getting into any of the other businesses in this strip. If you manage to even get in the lot they'll run you right over. They need to fix it before someone gets hurt.

Upon entering the premises, I was immediately struck by the appalling lack of cleanliness. The tables were smeared with unidentified substances, and the overall environment was unkempt and unsanitary. However, the most distressing aspect was when I ordered a drink and found not one, but four pieces of hair floating in it. This blatant disregard for basic hygiene is utterly unacceptable, especially in an establishment that deals with food and beverages. Furthermore, as someone with known allergies and sensitivities, I always exercise caution when consuming food or beverages. I am well aware that Starbucks offers a variety of ingredients that may trigger allergies or sensitivities, which is why I took the necessary precautions and communicated my concerns to the barista. Despite my explicit inquiry about allergens, the drink served to me contained allergens I specifically mentioned, leading to an immediate allergic reaction that compromised my health and well-being.

I placed a mobile order with 5 items at 9:52am got there shortly after 10am with an estimate ready time of 10:05am. When I arrived the one frozen drink on the order was already ready. It took half an hour to get all the items as they came up one at a time every 5-7 minutes. The location was absolutely swamped, and the staff was super stressed. The only person who was even cordial was who I can only assume was the manager. It was super disorganized and all the patrons were getting their orders the same way. I don't understand why the orders were not coming up in a way that would get people moved through and out quickly with drinks ready together instead of half of everyone's orders luke warm to cold with one drink pleasant. This is not my normal Starbucks experience. Won't be coming back to this location.

Ok I’m not even a paying customer to this starbucks specifically because it’s so busy but I’m going to write a review anyway because you guys need to figure that drive through out. I’m a regular at sun tan city and have gone on curbs to get around people, people are blocking exits, many parking spaces, etc. and your drive through is a small round about that holds two people. like i don’t understand why it doesn’t go around the building or why you can’t figure out another system. I’m not a person who genuinely cares often but I park across the street at Best Buy to go into a place that isn’t busy because of the system. People also don’t know how to drive it either because there’s no signs. Like I had a girl diagonal in the entry way so no one could get through for anything. it’s just so messed up.

They had the audacity to ask me my name while in the drive thru. You don't need my name, my drink order is taken linearly. You don't care about me, you are just trying to mine my data and sell it to data brokers!
