It has been a long time since I've entered a subway. It's been a while since the "tuna"!controversy. I decided to try them again... and this Subway had good reviews. Entering I noticed what others had, that the store is Kept clean, with a few tables, and room to wait. The counter worker was friendly, and listened to my choices. First off, the bread choices white, wheat, and cheese were as I remembered. The bread itself (I chose wheat) were of wonder bread consistency, fluffy but a bit insubstantial. The toppings were numerous, but overall, the offered items just filed the sub about one inch, this included a selection of "precut"(not "fresh-sliced,"as advertised) on the sign on the window out front. In place of lettuce I chose spinach (most always a good choice) and the only thing disappointing was the somewhat tasteless tomatoes offered. For sauce I looked for (olive) oil & vinegar, but all choices were pre-mixed and appears to be like the bottled ones in the store. The checkout was brisk, and i was offered the receipt. I must admit the prices were reasonable, at around 11-12 dollars for a "foot-long" (full sub). Overall, not bad, but a little disappointing.. I would Have preferred better bread and real olive oil & vinegar. Adding "Double-Meat" would help bring back the subway subs of old, it would bring the price up to the "Jersey" subs.

This place is usually great but today there no soap in the bathroom, the sanitizer was out at the front, and gave us no napkins which we realized when we went to go eat in the car where the sanitizer was since we’d been shopping. We were the only ones in at the time.the flatbread and the cookies were hard.
