Ordering from the screen makes the life a lot easier. Free sauce options are satisfying. We got the food to go. The lady who served me forgot to give me a cup for my drink, I had to wait for a few minutes to get her attention again as she was both at the cashier and preparing the food.

Ordered from the kiosk, part of the food came out super fast but the rest of it never came out. Friend also ordered from the kiosk and their entire order was lost/ not filled.Staff found and made friend's order but ignored me about the rest of my order.Neither of our receipts were sent to us, email or text, even though we got points for the order on our app when we put in for rewards.

Fountain machine had overflowed everywhere. No soap in the womens restroom. No longer take orders, everything was done on a kiosk.

As a DoorDash driver this place is the pits. They changed the rules where drivers have to go inside the restaurant to pick up, but didn't tell me until I was trapped in the drive thru line, so I waited about 20 minutes to get through so I could go inside. The order still was not even stated when I got inside so I asked if I could order a drink while I wait... but they said the dining room was closed and I had to go thru the drive thru to order... just silly. And there were needles in the bathroom from drug iv users. I wish I didn't love taco bell so much because this place scares me.

Ordered a nachos deluxe box and drink, ended up with nachos and a taco. Drink was correct, but everything else was not. Called it in, and the woman on the phone I was explaining this too just set the phone down or put it on mute.
