Incredibly slow service during a slower time. Waitress didn't know what she was doing, and no one helped her even though there were others standing around.Slow to take the order. Then I didn't see her until our food arrived. We received one meal, then waited 5 minutes for the next person's, then another 5 minutes for the final person's food.We received the wrong food, but we were hungry, so we ate it anyway.Didn't see the waitress again. There were no refills given.While this happened, we listened to another waitress complain about a small tip.When we complained while paying, the employee at the register looked at the ticket and replied with a knowing smile and the waitresses name.If you know beforehand that she is struggling, then get her some help.Not a place to visit.

The service was less than competent. The server came after we had been seated 10 mins and asked what we wanted to drink. I said water and my husband said soda. She brought two sodas. I said, I'm sorry but I asked for water. The server turned without a word and never returned. We were there over 15 minutes (25 in total) without any attention while the server just hung out in the kitchen. We went to the register and told them what had happened and they made us pay for both drinks, which I did not order or drink.
