I mainly go here for Kevin's trivia. It feels like management is trying to hold Kevin back, probably saying things like "don't ask too many questions", but I enjoy it and it makes this Wendy's the best Wendy's. Management should embrace the unique talents of their staff rather than trying to homogenize the dining experience.

Went inside for a breakfast burrito and coffee this morning and the manager Emma helped me get my order super fast! She was very cheerful and welcoming and seemed genuinely hospitable and happy to see customers. Thanks and keep up the good work!

I wish I could give this particular Wendy's zero stars because that would be much more accurate. The staff completely ignored us until one of the managers shouted "we have two up front". The cashier was not friendly at all I would have walked out if zi wasnt hungry.

You're never greeted and never thanked. It's because their rude and don't care. This is also apparent in the poorly prepared food that is lucky to even be what you ordered. I took the refund and went to the 2nd street wendy's. I was greeted and offered advice to order in a way that gave me what I wanted (breakfast sandwich w/o meat) and is cheaper, it was a pleasant experience. The south side wendy's will treat you at best with indifference, but most usually as an annoyance for simply showing up. I'm done with this wendy's.

I wish they would fix the place up a little bit. It's becoming a smidge run down... this is only one of very few places to get hot food on the far south side of town. I don't want to see them go under. The manager lady is the sweetest and actually cares about her job.
Fast and accurate. the young woman in the drive through was so sweet!Update: went through for a cup of coffee had to wait ten minutes then they parked us and told us they had to make more. The guys shirt was so covered in dog hair.... It was sad.
