We had a drive-thru order and although the cook misread a custom item. They noticed it quickly and immediately fixed it. They were super nice and the food was fantastic!
I came through this morning and this is how my bacon egg and cheese muffin looked, it was also cold and disgusting. This kind of work ethic is the exact reason why this cook works at a fast food restaurant. I will never return to this dump

Would get ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE! Food was not even EDIBLE...tenders were burnt and rock hard....burger bun was stale and hard in a spot...and onions were slimy! I have NEVER had worse at a fast food restaurant ? Then when I call to get a refund nobody answers the damn phone! Hardees either get it together or just close shop!

Ice cold "hot" ham and cheese sandwich. Waited at least 10-15 minutes in drive-thru. Lost receipt. This is usually a great option.
overall I gave Hardee's restaurant a 4 star, because the employees, are amazing, respectful, courteous, willing, and eager to help the customer, however, with that being said i knocked off a star because for the 3rd Time in a row they have forgotten to give me my drink or cinnamon roll, not a big deal but have to slow down and Make sure the order is. completely complete before sending it out the widow... But Management is excellent and willing to make every effort to make sure it doesn't happen again..#HARDEE'S STRONG ## KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK GUY'SParking: The Parking is right with The restaurant off of main street. during the weekday mornings its kinda difficult to grab a Parking spot due to work day commute, i beleive there are others who are Parking here as wellKid-friendliness: awesome team that work here at the BLUFFTON Branch location, kids are welcome with open arms this Hardee's is a Safe place for children...Wheelchair accessibility: yes ramp, for. wheelchair and handicap accessible bathrooms Parking, and store dinning.

I get it, it’s a fast food place so you can’t expect the best quality in the world. I ordered two bacon, egg and cheese muffins this morning. I would say the egg tasted like it had just been heated up at one point and not even cooked that day for breakfast. However, the really disappointing thing was when the sandwich was Lukewarm/room temperature. I would hope that any facility would at least be able to bring out an appropriately heated dish, but this was definitely not the case. Between the poor quality/low temperature of the sandwich I was not able to finish eating everything as you can imagine.
