“This is a very cute ice cream place, I love the decor and location downtown is great! I have been in here twice and the ice cream is really good! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because both times I’ve been in the staff has been sitting around, I felt as if I was disrupting them from doing nothing. From a person with management experience; the place wasn’t dirty but it could have definitely been more tidy before they just sat there, and they could have acted more thrilled to have customers. It took us a bit to pick our flavors (they all looked so good) and they just stood there in silence instead of offering us to try any samples or making any recommendations. I was shocked to see all of the other reviews stating how wonderful the staff is. (This latest time was on Friday evening 6/9)Will definitely try for a third time and hope my experience with staff is much better.“
