If I could give it a 0 I would, horrible staff, even worse food, chicken tenders seemed as if they had been sitting on the grease filled floor for 3 days and then when I ordered them, they maybe picked them up off that floor and gave me the the most sad, dried, oldest piece of chicken in the history of mankind. The fact they can even look at some one in the eyes with a straight face and smile as they hand you the food, is a big middle finger to kfc and the franchise. I'm done with kfc what a joke.

Upon arriving at the drive tru wife orders a pot pie was told they were out would be 30 minute. So she orders a famous bowl and a small side coleslaw. I order 4 chicken littles and 4 biscuits. Pull up to the window then told it would be 15 minutes for the chicken littles. Ok how is it everytime we go they are always out of seems like everything. We take our order home wife's chicken bowl is cold like it came out of the fridge no coleslaw. The biscuits were so hard I think they would bounce of the floor. Oh and almost forgot when ordering sounded like they were more interested in their own conversation then taking the order. Wont be going back will make the longer drive to Southgate plaza if we want KFC again.

Got the new wing deal. I love their wings but they don’t carry them often and the deal is a good deal. Every time I order them I have to wait at least 15 minutes. How do you have a sell item and never have them?

The fire alarm going off through the intercom should have been the first indicator to leave but we were hungry for chicken. After being told if we order any sandwich it's a 30min wait and any more than 8 wings it's a 15 min wait we decided on the 8 wings and the tenders meals. After waiting 12 minutes we got to eat what I can only describe as charcoal chicken and broken burnt fries. No napkins, no biscuit toppings, nothing to eat sides with. The soda was spot on.
