I ordered 2 meat and cheese trays, 2 fruit trays and 1 veggie tray. Nice selection of meat and cheese. The fruit trays were excellent. All the fruits were ripe, sweet,juicy and fresh. Good selection on veggie tray which was also obviously fresh. They were all fabulous.

I just had something happen that feels like corporate/government overreach and I did NOT like it! I went to Kroger's in Bluffton about 9pm to get the items on my list for going camping this weekend. Checkout girl was almost done when she stopped and said you can't buy both of these paper items (Dixie cups and paper plates, both generic, not 2 of anything like I might be hoarding during a shortage). I didn't understand and she said it again and added "you have to choose one". I said so what is my punishment if I don't obey the rule? She said I can't ring up both. I just couldn't obey. I said, "I know it's not your fault but you tell Kroger management that they have lost a loyal customer. I will leave this whole order here and walk out of your store rather than choose between 2 paper items when I really needed them both!" And I did just that. It was obvious the girls checking and bagging had no training about this issue or how to deal with a customer about it. They did not offer to call the manager or problem solve in any way. I am 67, have severe arthritis pain and could not face the option of buying one then going to another register for the 2nd paper item. I filed a complaint with customer service online that same evening. Next day I got a courtesy call from an office in Ohio saying they received the email and were passing it on to customer service. Nothing since then.

I like the Bluffton Kroger. But yesterday I had a dealing with the rudest bakery person ever. The staff there is usually so nice.

Very disappointed with Bluffton's Instacart. I shopped online on Tuesday evening with a set pick up time of Wednesday a.m. After picking up my order, I realized they didn't give me the sale prices that showed online while shopping. Evidently, the new ad changes overnight, so they didn't honor the sale prices from the time that I actually shopped. I think there should be some sort of disclaimer, to make the customers aware of this glitch. It's very much false advertising

I really appreciate it when I go to a deli and order lunch meat and cheese and I don't have to argue with the person who takes my order see when you ask for lunch meat shaved alot of deli workers tell you if you get it shaved it will fall apart on your sandwich so I don't need to have it shaved, that I have to get slices not shaved, but not at Kroger's even if it's Turkey they're willing to cut it anyway you want it 😉 , after all I'm 66 I think I know how I want my lunch meat cut,if you're looking for great service go to Kroger's it's a great store.
