My experience at Yergys was really great. The staff were very kind and the food was great. The overall atmosphere was good as well. Shoutout to Milly and another male staff member (I forget his name, but he was a younger kid with curly hair) for taking my order well and making sure the service was speedy and enjoyable. Would very much recommend Yergys to a friend!

I had the brisket platter with Mac and cheese and baked beans they were good,no smoke flavor and the brisket good barely Luke warm, wife had the winner BBQ chicken very good,I drove about an hour to get there,I probably won't go back just ok for me, dessert was pretty good chocolate peanut butter pie.

I am shocked that a small Midwest town in Indiana near the Ohio border had such phenomenal BBQ! I have made 2 visits and both of them have been exceptional! My first visit, I chose the Barnyard Burner Burger special. It came with pulled pork, spicy BBQ sauce, and cheese. But what was amazing about the burger was how soft, fresh, and smoky the hamburger meat was! I hadn't had a burger like this in years! I even liked it more than the BBQ, which if you follow my Yelp...that is very high praise! This week, I had the pulled pork and brisket with potato salad and beans. All phenomenal! The pulled pork is perfectly tender and smoky! I liked the pork more than the brisket but the brisket is 4 stars on its own. The potato salad has a lightly sweet mustard base to it with some eggs and relish mixed in. I enjoyed the beans more than the potato salad as the beans were in some kind of sweet and smoky conglomeration made in the back with brown sugar as a key ingredient. There are 4 sauces and I usually try to rank sauces, but I couldn't do it with these. They are all worthy on their own merit. The four sauces and a brief description are: Classic - mildly sweet tomato with a little pepper Sweet and Smoky - very sweet with a smoky taste and ketchup base Tangy - part vinegar, part tomato, all tangy Sue Tang - spicy mild to medium BBQ sauce, tomato base The one downside and it's common being a Southerner in the Mid-West is there is usually no sweet tea and if there is, it isn't sweet enough. They told me their tea maker was broke but there is a Kroger that has Milo's Sweet Tea that I have been allowed to carry in both times. Make a trip to Bluffton for Yergy's BBQ or Burgers. They are only open Thursday-Sunday.

Food is amazing, great customer service, and has awesome Atmosphere. This Yergys is great for people who don't like to Barbecue or can't Barbecue one down side is it is pricey. One of the best things Yergys does is sometimes participates in Grand opening for company's Dazeys Supply's grand opening Yergys Participated and gave Free food furthermore they participate every year at Bluffton Street fair. Best local restaurant I have eaten at.
I’ve been coming here regularly for ages, the food is the best in Wells county! (I drive over from the next county on a regular basis for Yergy’s BBQ.) This is where I bring my out of town visitors for an excellent meal. My sister was so in love with the food that she bought several pounds to take back to Ohio, which meant we had to go buy a cooler as well for that three hour drive. Yes, it’s THAT GOOD! I can’t pick a favorite because it’s all great, but you can never go wrong with the pulled pork sandwich, juicy and smoky and perfect on it’s own or with any of the variety of BBQ sauces they offer. If you prefer beef to pork, the brisket literally melts in your mouth, smoked long and slow till it’s so tender you almost weep with joy at your first bite of beefy perfection. And I’d be remiss if I failed to mention the cleanliness of the restaurant and the great staff, always polite, friendly, and courteous. You will not leave hungry, the portion sizes are large.

I've been twice while up here with family and both times has been down right perfection! And I'm rating this against Tennessee BBQ being that's where I lived for the last 13yrs.. I'm pretty sure Yergys has the best brisket I've had thus far! I can't wait to go next week and try the burnt ends..I try something new each time and I plan on going A lot now that I'm becoming an Indiana resident ?
