I'm solely going off of some culinary expert friends who have talked about this place several times. It's not on my usual route and just keep forgetting to patronize. “Went to get gift certificateFood looked good and bartender said , yes very good food. I ordered for first time there doc shaw cheeseburger with barbecue in place of hot sauce.It is now gone WOW it was good and thick and cooked done , waffle fries top off. I'll definitely go back. The bartender was very welcoming and placed my order as I wanted with changes.“
“Really nice bowling alley in Brazil, IN! This alley has been here for a hot minute, but there’s a reason for that. The staff at this alley has always been really nice to us, and they’ve always treated us well. The prices here were fair, and I enjoyed the atmosphere here at the alley. They have the TouchTunes jukebox system here, which connects to the TouchTunes app, so you can add songs to the queue with your phone. They also make food to order, which is pretty decent. If you’re in the area, this is a fun place to go check out!“
“I'm a Professional Truck Driver and happened to be in Brazil, IN for the weekend and wanted to try something different for a restaurant.I checked around and found Family Table Restaurant and I wanted to try the experience.I was not disappointed with the choice as the restaurant is very homey and the team were very friendly. One thing that stood out is the big Senior Citizens patronage to the restaurant and that says a lot.The restaurant menu is very impressive and I had a hard time picking what I wanted to eat because everything looked delicious and yummy. I finally settled on a beef skillet that came with 2 eggs and enjoyed every bit of it.I will definitely visit again next time I'm in town.Thank you for your efficient, excellent and professional customer service, highly appreciate it ??!“
“Everything about this place is great. Food is outstanding, we had the bluegill fillets and portobello fries shared between the two of us and we still had leftovers. It's got that feel of a quaint lakeside restaurant and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend.“
“Before new owners this place was amazing. New staff as well. Since new owner, new rules. Menu for instance, said my breakfast came with toast. Waitress said it didn't and I showed her. but she said she couldn't do anything about it. I said well I want toast anyways. Then one time I was in for dinner. I wanted cottage cheese instead of a salad. She said she couldn't replace it. I said regardless I want cottage cheese. Several times we crossed this same bridge. Tonight was last straw. My husband and I were in for dinner. Food is always good seriously. Tonight on a Saturday night they are closing at 8p. Never remember that early closing before. We are eating and they are sweeping and mopping with Pine-Sol it was so strong to smell while eating. The girls are wanting to get out. At 7:30 our waitress was trying to decide if they have time to make wings for my husband since they close @ 8pm. I've worked in restaurants before, if a customer came in five minutes before time to close you got to order regardless of what it was!! This place was one of our favorite places to eat. We would drive a county over to eat here. Now it's not a place we will probably ever come back to! Last owners had this place enjoyable to frequent. We miss the place it use to be. By the way, when you checked out at register and when they ask, " Was everything alright"? You tell them anything they would say, I'm sorry... Don't waste your time because they really don't care!Parking: Never had a problem parking here“

“All the food was delicious. I ordered a steak, side salad, and loaded mashed potatoes. It was all really delicious. My husband ordered the blue gill filets, and he loved them. My daughter ordered the spaghetti, and she loved it. The waitress was very nice. It wasn't busy when we went so we got our food pretty easily. It was definitely a good first visit, and I can't wait to go back and get more loaded mashed potatoes. They were delicious!!We also got a lemon cake and peanut butter explosion to go and they were delicious as well.“
“We loved it here. Family-friendly and had an abundance of great menu options. I had the pea salad and fried walleye w a sweet Potatoe. ? My family ordered steaks and burgers/onion rings. We need to go back and try the desert menu. We were too full at that point, to endulge. The options were so enticing. We will be back! A Must Try!!!“
“Best place around to eat! We have always had good food and service!We were in in Friday evening and I had the fish sandwich. It was excellent. 3 pieces of hand breaded fried pollock on a hoagie roll with a house made tartar sauce. My friend had the taco salad that I had on my prior visit. They know how to make them! Better than the Mexican restaurants! And they are huge!Everything we've tried has been over the top!Alabama Bar and Grille is the best. Best place to eat for miles and miles! And the prices won't break you! We will definitely be regulars when we dine out!“
