ABSOLUTELY LOVE avenue nutrition!!! The energy bombs and bad and boujee are my favorites when I need a pick me up. Plus it definitely helps that the staff remember who you are and make your experience more personal. I'd also much rather support a local shop compared to monster and redbull.

My friend and I decided to stop by for our first time ! I chose the buckeye shake and was not disappointed ! The chocolate and peanut butter meshes well with the protein. I know some protein drinks leave a bad taste in your mouth, but this one does not ! I definitely recommend trying this flavor. I was not, however, impressed with the tea that I got. I think it was a chai. And my friend did not like her tea, either. They were very bitter and flavorless. The aloe shot was interesting. It didn't have a bad flavor, but not something I would come back for. I would definitely recommend trying the shakes, though. We liked both of ours and my friend got her husband one that she also says was delicious ! Also pricey, but understandable since it's a healthy establishment !
