I've not had a Subway footlong in over a year. On a whim, I ordered one from the Brookston Subway. Perfect sandwich, generous portions of the toppings I ordered, and overall a great experience. I'll be back!

I always try try to use coupons when available so to my disappointment coupon wasn't good for the sandwich I wanted, the difference was only 69 cents and still would not honor it, no complaints on the food or anything else just that, I'm on disability so I thought it would be a small treat as I have limited funds, very disappointed as only had enough for the coupon price. Didn't get a sandwich today.

Stopped on my way home from Lafayette and the young man working the pick up window was a very polite young man that represents Subway well. My food was as ordered and very acceptable quality for what I'm accustomed to at other franchises. About 8pm 02/16/2023. Thanks for your time.

I waited in the driveway for five minutes, nobody came to attention. I circled around and re-entered the driveway and stayed for another five minutes. Same thing. I parked and came inside to find two young girls, the staff, sitting on their phones, eating at one of the tables inside. No customers were there, the floors were filthy and half the food items were out of stock. I stood there for 30 seconds before one of them sighed, stood up and got behind the counter. This was almost as bad as the one time my wife and I arrived 20 minutes prior to close and the young man told us that he was shutting down early to get cleaning done so he could get home faster.

The sandwich was good. The worker put just the right amount of veggies and sauce on without having to ask for more like most other Subways. Both workers I saw were nice and communicated also.
Reason for the 3 star - I get coupons in the mail but our subway here in Brookston no longer takes them. I would like to support my local Subway. But will use the coupons in town (Lafayette) before coming home after work. To bad to because they made the sandwichs really good.

Ordered a wrap and was given portions of a 6" sun but charged almost the same as a 12". Won't go back there

Subway never fails to be mediocre. Ever since they had moved to a global supplier of ingredients, it’s quality has gone downhill. I’ve noticed browning pieces of lettuce on my sub in the past year. What brings this establishment down from a 3 to a 2 though is the fact that it seems that the owner is more occupied with new appearances by changing the interior (which is good, but should be second to the food quality).

I’ve ALWAYS had a great experience at Brookston Subway, that is until today. I don’t know what the deal was, but my sandwich wasn’t wrapped, it was just thrown into a brown bag, and appeared to have had something heavy set on top of it, because it was squished beyond recognition. I don’t know if it was short staffed, inexperience, or just a lack of caring, but it should be corrected. If gas wasn’t through the roof, I’d drive back and complain in person. I guess we’ll see if anyone reads these that has authority there.
