Seriously the best pretzels you will ever eat, if they're fresh. Sometimes they can get a little stale, but they are still a thousand times better than Auntie Anne's. Seriously so soft, so fluffy, so delicious. I constantly recommend this place to others via word of mouth and figured it was time to review. I have been no-carb since December and what I miss most is BENS. Craving them so hard now after thinking about them. Lol. Service can be a little hit or miss, but overall, chefs kiss.

Whenever I want a good pretzel that is crispy on the outside but chewy on the inside, lots of flavor and the perfect amount of butter and salt.. BENS is my go too. I was so upset when they closed the one closest to me which meant if I wanted to enjoy them I would have to drive all the way to Brownsburg IN. I drive all the way to Brownsburg IN which is a testament to how wonderful these pretzels are. And even above and beyond the taste, the staff, no matter who waits on me, is always some of the most friendly people. Always a smile, always eager to assist and always willing to make sure that you leave with exactly what you came for. During this trip, I wanted a pretzel dog for me and some pretzel bites and cheddar cheese for my son. Man oh man... Ben's never disappoints. Looking forward to my next visit...

If anyone thinks they are going to get a pretzel like Auntie Anne’s pretzel at Ben’s Pretzel you will be very disappointed!! I won’t go back!!! They are to doughy and don’t have a good flavor and the cheese was not good, I’ll stick with the best Auntie Anne’s!!!

So usually I would put a good review online, but we have a big issue with this one. Oh do I love the food, but this is icing on the cake. Ordered some pretzels from them today and they was a fly inside the pretzels. Nothing like deep fried fly.

Have tried pretzels but never one as good as this. Best Pretzels I've ever tasted in my life. I highly recommend this location especially because Rhonda the cashier was Amazing and is a whole experience by herself!! (Inside Walmart in Brownsburg Ind) Extremely kind and helpful and knows the products inside out. Please try the Dutch Almond Pretzel with caramel dipping sauce on the side and thank me later ??

I absolutely LOVE Ben's pretzels! Best pretzels on the planet! However, my experience at this location today was an absolute joke. The store closes at 8PM and I arrived at 6:30 PM. I ordered two original pretzels and the employee informed that they didn't have any left. I noticed on the counter behind her that there was a full tray of original pretzels that she was putting into zip lock bags. I asked if I could have two of those and she informed me that they are not for sale because she brings them to her other job after she closes. I have so many questions! First, why can't you give me two and make another batch for your next job. Second, are you paying for all of those pretzels?? Finally, do you stop making pretzels for the day at 6PM or are you making more pretzels for the final hour and a half of your shift?? There was a line of people behind me and I'm curious what they ordered as there were not many options still available. I'm incredibly disappointed with this service and I really hope that the company is aware that this employee is taking trays of pretzels with her when her shift ends and that she isn't stealing...

The pretzels we had today were just regular salted pretzels with sides of nacho chz. But man were they good!! It was our first time trying them and they were not only filling but delicious! I'll have to try the many different ones the sell. I have a feeling it will it be worth it!!

Great pretzels! Warm, soft pretzels with options like a pizza filling, ham and cheese, or hot dog. They also have a great organic drink selection and a number of dipping sauces. In and out relatively quick and one of my favorite stops.
