The Diet Coke was out of syrup and I went to go tell the manager at the front desk and he said there’s no way the machine would let us know if it’s low on syrup. Well, I hate to tell you pal your machine must be broken because the Diet Coke was low on syrup Or something was wrong. they gave me one from behind the counter and it was fine. Why would a customer lie about the machine being low on syrup? Perhaps I just like to ask for Diet Cokes. Anyhow, the guy was Totally wrong. I was just rather annoyed with the fella. Some people just have no customer service skills. The food was good. It was just frustrating.

I just experienced the worst customer service from this place!! The manager kept asking was I done ordering while trying to place my order! As if I was inconveniencing him. Then after I get up to the second window to get my food the 2 girls were in their phones! No gloves while handling our food. Smh Spoke with the manager and he was nonchalant like he didn’t care!

Whoever was working at 10:50 PM on 10/29/23 is a one man army. Guy took our order at window 1, went and made the food, and then also handed it to me at window 2."Best burger I've had in my whole life, if i knew it was going to be this good, id have bought like 3" -my wife.

This is one of the only burger kings that rarely gets my order wrong. I love to go to Burger King, the staff members are always very warm and kind with me and my wife, their food taste good and their coke cola is not watered down, their sauce is good, their meat is cooked, and I am always enjoying BK essentially.
