My son wanted to get the Wonka pancakes, so we went the Friday morning after Christmas because my wife and I were off of work. It wasn't busy, but the service still wasn't great -- not terrible, but not great. My son enjoyed the pancakes; my omelet was OK.

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. We walked in with our 2 kids very hungry and ready to have some breakfast. We were seated, and so were 2 other tables right next to us. Both of the other tables got drinks and were ordering and no one had even looked in our direction after LITERALLY 20 minutes of no one even acknowledging our existence we left and went to Bob Evans across the street. Highly Recommend Bob Evans though food was fire ??

The wait time was crazy long, it took forever to both be seated and to make the food. The food was mediocre at best. And the order wasn’t correct. Also kinda overpriced.

My last trip to IHOP ever.....They no longer have stuffed French toast :( Note I have not been here in over 3yrs but still very disappointed after eating it for over 10yrs when we did go. Opted for the buttermilk biscuit with bacon egg and cheese with French fries as my side. This was a disaster, they use a liquid cheese , queso, which made this super messy!! Had to eat with a fork, then there is the bacon which was not crispy at all!! The biscuits was flaky but not a good choice for this sandwich. The French fries were so blah...only plus was there was so much queso cheese on the side to dip them in. The strawberry cheesecake pancakes were ok but definitely needed more more strawberry syrup but our waitress never came back so we were not able to ask if they had a syrup to add. The vanilla cold brew was just cold coffee with a foam on top but they bring vanilla creamers to add yourself...big disappointment. The pablano omelette was descent, had steak and avocado on top. Service was lacking, Kimera never visited except to take the order, delivered the food and finally the bill. Definitely will never visit any IHOP again, unless they bring back the stuffed French toast:) much better options for breakfast and local. (Hint hotcakes Emporium)

Unfortunately some people didn't show up for their shift which made it very difficult for the 2 ladies waitressing. It took a bit to get our food which ended up being cold. I got the strawberry cheesecake waffle. It definitely was not what was pictured. Small amount of cheesecake topping. They did give us a discount without us asking for one. I am sure this would have been a better experience if all staff were on duty.

After 6 weeks and promises of callbacks and refunds, there's been no change after we had an online carryout order where 5 or the 6 orders on a $75 check that had things wrong with them. Missing items entirely, wrong ingredients, a total mess. Their phones were down in an endless loop all day (and I was told for an entire week) so I had to go back physically the next day, where I spoke to a manager who told me she couldn't do anything directly because it was an online order but that she'd get back to me. Then I was told it would take a few days for them to process the refund. Then nothing. I called again last week and was told the store manager would call me back the next day. Nothing.Unfortunately, I don't think this is a one off issue. We've had similar problems of food not being ready on time (15 minutes late on a pickup time), and the place is consistently understaffed and overwhelmed, which is what leads to the consistent mistakes.I don't like to leave a review like this, but considering the experiences, this is my last communication to anyone from ihop on why we're no longer going to be customers there.

We haven't been to an IHOP since they closed the Avon location. Thought we would try this one out. I think they were shorthanded because there was no one at the desk and we had to wait. Lot of people got tired of waiting and left but we stuck around. I got the strawberry cheesecake waffle, and it was really good just like before. Hubby got the two eggs, two meats, fried potatoes, and toast which he enjoyed it also. Coffee was good but didn't stay hot long enough. Our waitress was new she was awesome. Our food came out quick.
Loved our server, very personal and we had some fun conversation.

The Halloween setup is awesome The food was great. I loved everything about it and it was just amazing. I have no words. The food was amazing. It was excellent. I just love the food, the breakfast food, the lunch, food, anddinner food was amazing The Trois was so nice especially Paige.
