Ordered custom donuts for a baby shower. 36 yeast donuts all with sprinkles. I received 24 yeast donuts, and 12 cake donuts, no sprinkles on any of them. I didn’t have time to fix them as I had to get to the baby shower. My kids LOVE Jack’s. It was just a bad experience.

Visited for the first time, overall okay experience. I got a dozen doughnuts and The person working was patient through my looking at everything to a point. I wasn't rushed, just seemed like they were a bit annoyed. It wasn't until I arrived at my destination that I counted the doughnuts in the box and there was only 11, even though they clarified how many as they put them in the box.Flavor of the doughnuts were pretty good though. Just be cautious when getting multiple.

Amber was a lifesaver! I ran into issues with the app, couldn't place my order, and she took time to do it for me. She also took the time to check on item availability and added a sweet note for my girlfriend on the delivery box. It's rare to find that kind of personal touch in restaurants these days. It was unbelievably great. Super great service. Donuts were sooo good. Everything looked very clean. Employees were dressed nicely. They are very willing to help with great smiles and moving like they had a purpose and loved their job. Very refreshing ? Delicious Donuts yummy!!
