This is the only KFC that we consistently get good service and good food. This location does a good job!

Ever since they renevated and everything the KFC has been perfect, fresh and crispy every time and it used to be not very good. The workers are very respectful, provide prompt service now I can't wait to go again. Thanks KFC!

I went through their drive-thru yesterday afternoon & I had a terrible experience. When I ordered my food I didn't receive my chicken tenders & the 2 pc wing wasn't both wings. After trying to call 4 different times yesterday right after it happened the phone just kept ringing & no one picked up as they didn't even have a way to leave a voicemail. As I just called this afternoon I was finally able to reach someone & the manager informed me that I couldn't get my $18 order replaced. I simply asked for it to be replaced because I went without lunch. I work home healthcare so my lunch went to my elder client instead. I've worked in the restaurant field for 15+yrs so I know that if a situation like this happened then we were no doubt allowed to replace the whole meal especially if the phone wasn't answered 4 different times after it had happened. I will not be back.

We went there for last minute dinnerI had the three piece meal as well as my wife.The staff was very respectful and informative. I requested all white meat in extra crispy and they didn’t quite have it all. The manager politely asked if I would like a substitute. Some places just assume because of time and just add it or even skip it. Needless to say I was very pleased with my meals. Thank you

Staff friendly and food was good.Tenders with BBQ and Honey mustard sauces along with mash potatoes and gravy baby! Wash it all down with a pepsi. Mmm mmm good ?
I hadn't been to KFC in a while and was so ready to love anything I got. Instead, the breading of both the Original and Extra Crispy was soggy, the mashed potatoes (or the gravy) takes chemically, and the biscuit also had a strange flavor and was really dry. The corn tasted like corn, though so that's a positive. Such a let down. I can't imagine giving them another shot unless it's at a different store, and even then I'm not sure I'd do it. Too many alternatives that I know I like.

Forgot an item in my order that wasn't even ready at the time the app said, not mad about the wait because they make it all fresh. 5 stars for food.Would not pick up phone after 5 back to back calls. Same thing on past orders. No regard for people calling in to their stores so they can alert the store of missing products to reach a resolution.Drove back and yes I demanded double the missing item (it was a side not the main attraction...mac and cheese...hah)They said no, told em I'll contact HQ if not cus I was just about tired of his attitude, been there many times with his same attitude.Staff/he said "it doesn't matter if you call KFC head quarters, go ahead"I got my double order of mac...After attitude..Edit: even the door dash customer service tried calling this location after my misplaced ordered and couldn't get through. Customer service replaced my ordered but this location canceled because it was too close to closing. But operating hours mean operating hours. If you have to drop fresh wings at 950pm then you drop them becuase your operating hours are not over.

This is the worst over cooked inedible chicken I have ever seen! They will not answer their phone. Driving 30 minutes back to return it !!

We no longer have a chicken place in Lebanon. Brownsburg has KFC. We ordered ahead as we had a large order for a birthday party. We got there a couple min early, and they had our order ready within 5 min of us arriving! The order was perfect! No missing items or different l! The staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you!
