We ordered pizza for dinner. The food was 30 minutes later than promised. I tried to call to see where the order was. Everytime I called...someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me. The food was cold and wasn't very good at all. I contacted the manager and they agreed to refund my $40. They said they returned the money to my debit card, that it would take 1-3 days. After a week, I still hadn't received it. I called the manager again. She said the owner put in the refund. They never refunded my money! I will NEVER order from this Marcos again! I will be reporting this business! The owner needs to realize that this is NOT the way a person should run a business!

Our 2 large pizzas had no toppings on the outside 2 inches all the way around. The topping portion , if lucky, would have been enough for mediums. We ordered thin crust, which was way overcooked. The business looked as tho the windows hadn't been washed for months. The floors weren't exactly clean either. We will drive an extra 15 minutes to the next nearest Marcos.

I like to give people a chance. This new owner ship is awful. Same or worse to the Marcos Pizza in Georgetown Rd and 71st Street. I loved the service and Pizza ? of the previous owners.

My family and I like Marco's Pizza. We have ordered from them often. Never really had an issue .Pizza is usually good. We usually carryout and get delivered every once in awhile. Well today my husband and I wanted pizza we order online as we usually do. We opted for delivery. There is a quoted time that the pizza is promised to be delivered by. So the promised time past. Pizza hasn't been delivered yet. We figured give it a few minutes. Now mind you I tipped when I ordered online. So it's 15 mins past the time and I decided to call Marco's to check the status of our order. When the person picked up I didn't even say anything and the guy said can you call back in 2 mins? What? Why do I have to call back I already ordered and I'm checking the status. The guy said oh ok what's the order number. I told him he said the driver has left and is on his way to delivery our pizza. Ok fine. Another 15 mins goes by and the delivery driver arrived. We took our pizza. We order 2 medium pizzas. One of the pizza boxes was empty no pizza inside. Called Marco's again and told them they delivered us a empty pizza box. The guy on the phone apologized and said he would make us a new pizza and have it delivered, then asked if we can pick it up. So my husband who is understandable upset because the pizzas were 30 mins late. One pizza was a empty box and he had to drive up there to pick it up. So my husband when he got to Marco's they apologized and handed my husband the pizza. My husband asked are you going to give us something free for the mistakes they made and the inconvenience. One of the guys worker there told my husband they noted our number and next time they will give us something free. What?? Like yall missed up and yall not going to try and make up for it. Because let's be real they probably didn't save our information for next time and if this is how they are running things now we probably won't be ordering from them anymore. Oh and also both pizzas we cold. The one my husband went to pick up that they were supposed to make fresh they didn't. They gave my husband the original pizza they forgot to put in the box. So yeah it's safe to say we aren't ordering Marco's from this location again. I think some new people took over ownership of that location because all the people that were there my husband said he didn't recognize any of them. Again, we've always had a good experience with this Marco's.

New owners with poor morals.Without going into the whole drama, they lied to me multiple times, lied to other customers in front of me, and didn't give me all of my food. In fact, they were supposed to deliver it, but I had to drive there and pick it up after 1.5 hours. No refund for delivery fee or tip. Juts cold pizza and missing items. Highly, highly recommend avoiding the new ownership.

Ordered online, showed up at time to pick up, no one provided any service after 20 minutes got the attention of 1 of 3 people that were there! This is the 2nd time it’s happened like this, won’t order again from there, and we live across the street, store is going down hill!

We used to love Marcos, until the new owners took over. It is a completely different place with far different standards. We're sad to see this location go downhill so fast.

Since the new management took over, this place has fallen apart!! The old owners were amazing and loved their customers and employees! When the old senihowner left, after a cancer diagnosis, the new owners not only fired all the employees, but also will no longer honor the bburg football discount card, gift cards, or the senior discounts. Many of the employees were local high school kids and others had worked there for years. Hard working employees who cared about their community. I went there, not knowing all of this and the food was terrible. I called in to see what could be done, and that's when I realized that it was under new management and they'd do absolutely nothing to fix the problem. Did a little digging to see where the former owner went and found out about all of this. It's absolutely appalling what this new owner has done. They will never get another dime of my money. WE WILL MISS THE FORMER OWNER!!!

Absolutely the worst service. Lies upon lies. Order from somewhere else.Said they put our pizza on someone else's porch, yet we were paying in cash. Said they called and rang doorbell....strange....we have Ring cameras and nobody was here.Wound up driving in to pick up as they were delivering. Good thing I did, they had the order wrong. Shorted us a pizza and a 2L....Hopefully the owners of this franchise realize there is a problem here. You are losing money giving food away all night long.

Placed order online. Got paid receipt. Received status update that order was ready. Went to pickup and they said they had no such order or anything under my name. Will have to stop payment since I paid by card.
