Waited 5 maybe 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. The lady just looked at me and I ended up saying I have a pick up. Again doesn’t say anything and turned around. Come back rude and acted like I know my pizza wasn’t done. When was it was done no one communicated it. So it just sat up there. Until she was ready to figure out whose it was. We have been going to this Pizza Hut for years. I don't know if it's new management or Covid, but the quality of food is slipping as well as the service. We ordered some wings the other night. Apparently the fryer was not working. Come to found out a person tried calling our numbers. No one left a message. I am in the store and the manager is bad mouthing me as the customer for not picking up my f'ing phone. He was a little embarrassed but it was too late. My food was cold...read full review
Pizza's were cooked perfectly. We live in Indianapolis but this one in Brownsburg has been the best so far. We definitely will be visiting this one the next time we want pizza.
