I was always happy about Starbucks service, but not this particular store. I ordered a coffee, asked if she can make it hot, she said no, even though other store made it hot for me before, but that’s fine. After I ordered and she put the information in, I was not told how much it is, that’s fine, I paid anyways, then after that she completely ignored me, and put his head down in his arms and try to sleep or take a rest. Well, the whole process just made me feel she does not like her job, but, it’s not my fault.

Ordered through mobile app 20 minutes in advance. It wasn’t started till arrival. Was out of a food item and didn’t state that at all, just expected me to know. Drinks weren’t made with the quality expected from a Starbucks. Sad day.

My husband usually refuses to go to Starbucks, but after serious cajoling, he caved. Our server, Lauren, chatted him up and turned his frown upside down. Thank you, Lauren!

My wife and I get Starbucks from here when we shop sometimes.I really enjoyed this particular Starbucks location, perhaps I am biased as I have spent many a day at this particular location, and have enjoyed it to the fullest.

The service is great here; however, they always overload iced drinks with way too much ice so you get less than 1/2 of the actual drink you paid for...I paid over 6 dollars for a grande iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso which is supposed to be 16 oz. I maybe got 6 oz of liquid out of that drink.

I’m very disappointed that I simply tried to place the order through my mobile app. I was charged. When I walked up to collect my item, I was told that there was no order on the screen. Instead of trying to help me figure out the problem, the manager said that she has not been getting all of her orders today she commenced to acting like I was a crazy person who was trying to get a six dollar drink for free. This is even after I showed her in the app where I ordered and paid and where it said the address of the current location. For real though? I will not be ordering from this Starbucks again. I will just go across the street where there is no hassle. The correct response would have been. I’m sorry ma’am we have been having a problem with our orders today. Can I see it on your screen? Problem solved!

I've been to this Starbucks quite a few times as well as other locations around the city and country. For the most part, the drinks I get have been good and what I was expecting. I ordered this cold bre because they didn't have the white chocolate macadamia one I really wanted. The person taking orders and at the drive thru window seemed very flustered or annoyed. When I got my drink I asked to confirm this was in fact my drink because any other location I've gone to, when I order a cold brew with sweet foam, it's coffee with the sweet foam sitting on the top. Even the picture on their board doesn't match what I was given. Yes once the coffee and the cold foam mix, this is what the drink looks like. I could have gone into the store and complained about the drink and attitude of the person at drive thru but it's not worth it. Just a reminder for the employees that we may be getting a different looking drink at other locations and asking you to confirm is to make sure we have the right drink before we consume it.

I have not had one single drink made correctly here. The workers don't know how to communicate with customers or work a coffee machine.

Came here to study and the staff was extremely attentive with my order. I ordered my usual, egg white wrap and iced caramel latte. Plenty of seating and I like that they play soft music to study to. Great service, food, and drink!

I am leaving 2 stars because the coffee was fine, but the service was terrible. All 3 of staff working that day had bad attitudes, and there was no management in sight. The staff made it clear they didn't want to be working and they were treating every customer as if they were an inconvenience. It's a shame that such a convenient location has such a lousy staff and bad management.

Ok, way too early for anything Christmas related so I'll pour it in my favorite Yelp mug. One Peppermint Mocha and one Caramel Brûlée. Staff at this location are always quick and friendly.

The past several times I've gone to this Starbucks they have been out of several ingredients making it practically impossible for me to order a drink. I understood the first time but when I went back about a month later they were out of all the same ingredients. Because if this I don't think I will be returning to this location.

Like other reviews state there is usually a decent wait for this location. I have come here once and gotten an order that tasted completely off and the last time I ordered prior to arriving. The app said it was in stock, they verified that it was ready for pickup, and then at the window they said they were out. No reason I should have waited the whole time

Gone to this Starbucks two times and have ordered the same drink, a quad espresso. Both times it was made wrong and the expresso was bitter. Not one of the best Starbucks. The employees are nice the coffee just sucks.

This location was packed on this beautiful Sunday so we had to wait a little longer than normal. Because if this the wonderful staff gave us our drinks for free. Everyone should go to this Starbucks if you want incredible service from an amazing and hard working staff. Thank you for making our day so special!
