Absolutely terrible customer service at this location. Waited almost 15min for them just to take my order because they kept asking to "hold on" and then just terrible attitude and customer service. Highly recommend going to a different location.

Kiosk ordering. No waitresses. Food order was completely wrong. The kiosk had the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave a tip. For what? Nobody waited on us. What a horrible system. People go out to eat to be waited on, not to serve themselves. We can do that at home.

Do not care for having to order from kiosk, but with staffing issues these days I realize this is most efficient for the business. At least we were able to sit inside at a table. I have been to other locations where they only do drive thru.

Was disappointed that there was no waiters/waitress to greet and serve you, everything seemed so impersonal- from putting your order in to being càlled that your order is ready.I wasn't surprised to see that there was no customers at the business, because of the atmosphere presented by the company.I don't consider steak and shake a restaurant anymore I consider it a fast food joint. Very sad.
Has changed a whole lot. Order only at drive thru or at kiosks. No servers no more plates or non disposable cups for my cherry cokes! But is extremely clean but not very busy.

Very saddened to see the current state of the steak ‘n Shake. I was a patron here for many years when I was younger. After moving away I always looked forward to eating steak ‘n Shake on my trips home. However, I think this might be the last breath This steak ‘n Shake is breathing. The atmosphere is completely gone. feels very basic in there the drive-through could take up to an hour. Employees are scrambling. Lost, probably not paid enough. Order the chili and it was basically just water. I just can’t do it anymore. Very saddened by this.

Service was absolutely awful . Workers were all pretending to be on break. Old hag at the register wouldn’t take our order after their FLAWED machine ordering self checkout failed. This restaurant is EMPTY for a reason; shut it down and BAN all employees from ever getting a job

Steak 'n' Shake is my all-time favorite, and since I live in Arizona, I make it a point to visit as often as possible when I have the opportunity. I wish it was like it used to be with actual plates, servers, and whatnot, as the atmosphere has definitely changed, but I still love it. I always get the chili Mac and cheese fries. There is no beating it. Do yourself a favor and stop in for some good eats. They have so many shake options as well. You will not be disappointed!!
