Staff is slow. Staff is ambivalent. Staff truly appears to struggle. Managers aren't designed to lead. Kitchen staff run over management. Waited over forty minutes for an order placed on the app. They don't fill orders in the order they come through. It's chaotic. Perhaps it is staffing levels. More likely it is just a total disregard for the customers purchasing food inside.

Drive through on the way back to Illinois after flying from Florida to Indy airport. We went through drive through about 7 PM. We've had better Taco Bell at many other locations. I'm pretty sure our cheesy bean and rice burritos didn't have the sauce that's supposed to be on there.

The workers there don’t care abt their job at all. I was in line after having a long day of working and at 1 am I go in line (which was long ash btw) and an employee walked outside and yelled at the line “Yall needa leave” repeatedly. Like what’s the point in that? Get a new job or a better life if you’re pissed that people are hungry…????

The lazy employees didnt check the bag of food they handed me and even though the food was wrong it was still under portioned and luke warm. Ignored the phone when i called back and next day manager acted like its a normal thing so it didnt seem to concern him. Got a refund and a headache but no apology.

Food was not as expected and sloppy this is the second time in a month that not all components of my burrito were in it and it was falling apart. The service is excellent I just think a bit more time could be spent on getting an order correct VS getting orders out fast.

Stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon. Drive through had a line so we went in. The ordering kiosk was easy to use and our order came out quickly. We ordered a large drink and the employee gave us a medium cup. I asked about it and was told it was a large. We then overheard her tell another customer that they were out of large cups. Not sure why she wasn't honest with me but it was unfortunate that she couldn't just be honest. On a better note, the food was good and we were satisfied.
