“Placed online order, went to "Express Pickup", single worker was helping customer so I waited, female employee comes after 20 minutes and helps customers who just got there, over just getting me my order.Update: After my review they have truly improved and have done a amazing job of not only handling customers that are making their sandwiches but taking the time to get your order to you quickly.”

Showed up and was greeted immediately only to be followed with a helping hand with the pizza out to my car because I was carrying my 1 year old. The pizza is amazingly delicious. So kind and sweet! We're also still fans of their pizzas; especially on Wednesdays, when they have their special offers. “The first time I visited this place about 4 months ago, it was an amazing experience. This time, not so much. The service was not very good and my coffee was not hot, when mentioning it to the staff, it felt like she did not want to help, but after a few exchanges of words, my coffee was warmed up. Will give it another try sometime. Hopefully, customer service will be better then.... I suppose anyone could have a bad day at times.”

“They made our wedding cake and cupcakes. It was not only absolutely gorgeous but it was also the most delicious cake I've ever had! Everyone absolutely loved it! I 1000% recommend getting any dessert needs from them! The top flavor cupcake was the caramel delight! Highly recommend!!They had cake stand rental and also did delivery and set up!”

I called and they were incredibly apologetic and took responsibility and did everything to make it right. “This was such a fun, delicious place to stop for lunch. We didn’t want to take too long but also didn’t want fast food. Glad we found this gem! The pulled pork was excellent. We had the BBQ sandwich, nachos and tacos. Grabbed our food and ate right at their picnic tables. ?Kid-friendliness: Great value for each item. Can easily be split between kiddos.”

Tasted really good nonetheless, but they keep adding random different things into the same dishes I've order many times and it changes it up almost every time and I cannot keep up with the constant changing.”
