The Boss
The lady that was working all by herself around 12am on April 3rd was so sweet and kind. She unfortunately got caught behind the counter making subs for a crowd who walked in as she was getting ready to close up. Even though she was ready to go, she handled everyone well and respectfully. I appreciate good service from great people. I think they close at 11pm so be mindful of that and let the lady go home! Lol Call to make sure. Thanks Ms. Lady!

It's absolutely insane that I've seen so many Complaints about Bobbi and she is still there. She doesn't wash her hands and then proceeds to tell me that they have a new policy in which they don't bag items from within the store. She is a terrible representation for this store and I will gladly take my business elsewhere

Being allergic to meat, i requested the guy to change his gloves and he refused. Absolutely patheic behaviour and unprofessionalism. Definitely the worst experience i have ever had. Staying on roads to deliver the food they serve, and get such a experience in return is very disappointing.

ON I-94 exit 22A this subway location at flying J lady named BOBBI is working at subway is so ridiculous and promoting hate for brown community this is second time she is doing this act with me and pointing out fingers towards me and also shows clear hate and showing discrimination act be aware guys if ur brown try to ignore this place

The young girl working at 7am on Friday July 22, 2023 has no sense of customer service.I stood at the counter for roughly 3-4 minutes while she messed with a tray of cookies and had head phones in her one ear.She didn’t acknowledge me or pay any attention.Some people just shouldn’t work in these types of positions.Service is getting worse and worse yet prices going higher. I think I may avoid this location for now on.

Says they open at 6 every day. Walked in at 6 and saw two employees standing in the back. Nothing up front was prepped or ready to go. Neither of them ever came out. Ended up getting McDonald's instead. If the hours say 6am open, they should be ready to make a sandwich at 6am.
