Waited at drive-thru speaker for almost 15 min and then was motioned to pull forward, waited another 5 or so minutes at the window for service. The girl was apologetic when I explained that my order wasn't even taken yet...she was quick making my drink order, but had to wait another almost 10 min for my double bacon cheeseburger, which was lukewarm at best. I got the burger plain and added only a few condiments and I only asked for mayo,ketchup,mustard, and extra pickles not once but twice they messed up the burger. They put more stuff that I do not like or that I can't eat. I already had to drive back to get the order remade and I trusted that they made it correctly because they repeated the order back. I love sonic! When i can get it. I can not say how many times we have visted sonic, we pull up to the speaker, hit the red button and then we just sit there. So many times nobody ever answers the speaker. Other than that i like it, when i can get it.
