It's food has become expensive and you have to do all of the work. Kiosk ordering is a real pain and you are forced to if you eat in the dining room. I am taking it off my "go to" list.

This is by far the worst place to get tacos, everytime I come here there's either nothing in the taco, every thing is on 1 side, the bottom falls off. I just don't understand how it's so hard, it took several trips here to leave this review because I can understand here and there but it's every time. So it's multiple employees and it's obvious it's a management issue. Save your time and travel few mins south to Mooresville where tacos are full and delicious

I went to get Pepsi Zero, and it tasted like Cherry Pepsi. Even when I asked for it from the back, it still tasted like Cherry Pepsi. Yuck.

The difference between the late night shift and the day/evening shift is insane. The late night guys are awful. Day/evening are very nice, friendly, and prompt.

This place never gets anything right. I've tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but they're just stupid, lazy, or a combination of both. Sorry, that's just the truth. Even when ordering through the app, it shows a chalupa, then when I picked up the order and checked my items, there was no chalupa. I asked them about the chalupa and said the "chalupa machine was down."At first they offered to sub it for a gordita, then someone else said something, and he said "it didn't come up on the screen." I showed them the app where it clearly shows the chalupa but no dice.Honestly, I went on a Taco Bell hiatus, tried giving it another chance, after my experiences with this location, I'm reminded why I stopped eating Taco Bell. It's better this way.
