We held a small baby sprinkle at 317charcuterie…and if I could give them 10/5 stars, I would!! The ladies were so easy to work with. From my initial booking, to confirming with them a few days ahead, and then the day of our actual event…they were so helpful and easy to work with! Not to mention…the cheese boards and fresh fruits/veggies were so good!

I ordered the $76 board (plus price of the board itself) for pickup. It looked nice, but I thought I'd get a lot more for $76 (plus I think $16 for a small baguette and some crackers?). The strawberries were so far from ripe I've had less crunchy apples. Shouldn't have been served. Anyway, it was an experiment--not thinking I'd do it again.

I ordered the Couple’s Graze Box for pickup today. When I went in to get it, the people working there were very rude and told me that my order of meats and cheeses had been put out on a shelf for me to get and that I needed to show up on time, even though the website calls it an estimated time and I was there within 45 minutes of that estimate, because they don't have space in their refrigerators to keep food waiting for customers to pick it up. I said I didn't think it was a good policy to put refrigerated foods out on shelves and they seemed to just want to argue that it was policy and I should have read the terms and conditions on the website when I placed my order. I've ordered several times from this store before and they used to keep orders in the fridge while they waited for pickup. This is a very strange change and I didn't appreciate the staff and even the owner arguing with me that the terms and conditions on the website meant my order didn't need refrigeration.

This place is a joke. Ordered a board and went to pick it up and they were closed at 6pm. They emailed and said my board was placed in a cooler. I went to pick it up the following day and they told me they threw it away and it wouldn’t have been edible. No offering of a refund or anything. The employee was blunt and rather rude about it. I’ll never go back and certainly won’t recommend this place to anyone. Part of my order was bread and crackers. They wouldn’t give that to me either.Emily, I didn’t get a phone call or a text from you or anyone else. That’s ridiculous that you’re responding to my review with a flat out lie!

WOW, what a treat. We spent the afternoon in Car-mel and used a gift certificate we had plus some $ to get the pictured charcuterie board. If not for the gift certificate, I'd probably never had gone because this is pricey stuff. If I could afford to eat here often? Ohhh, would I ever! Everything was fresh, fancy, and fantastic!

We used 317 charcuterie for our mom's celebration of life at Bash. It was a beautiful spread of meats, cheese, crackers, jams, honey, veggies and fruits. It was beautiful and there were so many people who commented on it. We got the largest grazing board for a group of over 100 people. There was plenty to eat.The staff there were so wonderful and accommodating, as well. They provided a tasting box so we could try the food with our mom at home before she passed away. It was so wonderful to have that service. They also made themselves available on Monday which is not usually a day they work, so that was so sweet. Thank you all for your help!!

The presentation is simply mesmerizing, and the almost unlimited variety of nibbles keeps you coming back for more. Recently I came across their sweets/desserts board and vegan board, which unlocks even more possibilities for event catering.I also visited their Carmel City Center retail location. It provides a physical space for hosting events and meetings, should that need arises. The retail location serves beer and wine as well as dine-in options, and provides another outlet for the 317 Charcuterie experience.

We used 317 charcuterie for our marriage celebration and it was a HIT! It looked classy all set up and there were so many fun options and choices to try. Everyone loved it, maybe a little too much because it was about gone within an hour. :) We got the 6foot grazing table to use as an appetizer for about 80 people. We would definitely recommend and would love to use them again!

My wife threw me a 40th birthday party last night and surprised me with this AMAZING spread from 317 Charcuterie. It was absolutely stunning to look at. Every single piece laid out with precision and care. The quality of the selections were outstanding. It’s a great way to give almost everyone a good option that suits them. Every single guest mentioned how amazing it was. My wife said they were easy to work with, professional, timely, with great customer service. The clean up was minimal - virtually NO DISHES. Game changer for the dreaded end of the night party clean up. We tossed all the leftovers in individual bags and that was that! Now we have brunch munchies for the Sunday Scaries. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stopped in on a whim, just to check the place out. Kinda has a cafe vibe, but with amazing charcuterie boards! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Ordered some boards for the holidays to travel with. Despite being closed the previous day due to the inclement weather, these folks busted their bums to get all their orders (for 2 days) out in just a few hours while being under pressure from holiday shoppers. While most people were patient and waited quietly, a few were not so kind. They were still treated professionally and courteously despite their attitudes. Well done by the staff at 317! Definitely be back!

Honestly has kind of a chintzy vibe so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend for a business meeting or anything serious, but you should check the place out for something casual or pre-event snack!
