We had not been to Arby's for awhile but glad we did.The lady at the drive up window was very pleasant.There were extra napkins and sauces in our order.
So I really wanted to get a classic Greek gyro. I know, this is a roast beef restaurant. However, several years back they introduced the classic Greek gyro sandwich. . It has the correct sauce and is on pita bread and is very good.. I grew up around university towns,, so I know what various authentic gyros should taste like.. these are worth the try.. this Arby's was the only closest one.. I ran an errand and popped in to eat. The location is fine. Nothing special. It looks busy. The store is typical. Service was good food was good and stord was clean. I dined inside and I would go again.

Arbys never fails to make me a delicious hot roast beef sandwich. It is one of my favorites. The turnovers and shakes are yummy too!Wheelchair accessibility: They do have handicapped parking and ramp entrance

This Arby's location will not honor specials advertised at other Arby's....they will not honor the 4 for $10 and many other deals the other Arby's do...not sure why...but its false advertising...see the ads online and radio...then when you get to this one and order one they just say they don't have that deal...drive down the road to the next one and they do. I will not be returning to the carmel Arby's location

The food tasted fine and the staff was very friendly. I only wish they would not be so misleading with quantity on their commercials. I understand that they're produced on TV ads to look good. But the quantity on TV is no where near what you actually get. The roast beef is not even half as much and the fish when they do have it is about a half of what you see in the ad. Given their prices that are sky high, I will not be returning. I went when they had their roast beef or fish 2 for $6 special. I would not pay more than one dollar for the roast beef based on quantity. The fish maybe worth $3 but I'm not crazy about the taste. What a disappointment.

I want to say that there is something going on at Arby's because they have been excellent lately. I see such a difference in customer service and speed. I am not the only one who has noticed this so I thought I should post this here. They deserve to be commended for their improvement. Thank you all!

Interesting experience lol so I was stuck at the tire repair store and walked here for lunch. They're supposed to open at 10. All doors locked at 10:55. I heard someone at the drive thru though and saw workers inside so I chose to walk through the drive thru. The woman wouldn't talk to me or take an order so I walked to the side door, which was open, but I hadn't tried yet. I mentioned to the assistant manager DJ "hey just wanted to make sure yall know that your other doors are locked!" And he simply responded "oh yeah sorry about that we just opened!" No harm no foul; I was kind and he was kind! All was good. The woman at the window though poked her head around and basically yelled me saying "There's only one of me!" As if somehow I knew how many of her were in existence and how that would somehow change the situation. So I looked at DJ and said "She always that intense and high strung?" And he just looked at me with wide eyes and we both started laughing. I give DJ 5 stars. Nice guy and very helpful. The woman though... yikes. She's a piece of work.
