No bagels. Told to call ahead. Bad joke of a bagel place.

This is take-out only. They should just close the store and open a food truck in the parking lot would be a smaller footprint.

They have the fortitude to show the PRIDE colors but not the USA's colors? Plus charge $16 for two sandwiches and ask for tip through the drive through... Last time I'm doing business here for a while.

bagels are great to drop off at offices, drive thru is easy! We love the turkey sandwich for lunch too!

The Goigke info says dining is open, but it is not. We chose Einsteins over another bagel place and now are not getting bagels. ?

manager who was on staff sunday march 10 at 11:30 was super unprofessional. i called and asked if the cinnamon sugar bagel had sesame in it because i am deathly allergic to it. i was just told that it was a plain bagel with cinnamon sugar, she did not check ingredients. had my boyfriend call and he told the lady there was an allergy so she needed to check the ingredients, however she said she was the baker and she makes them every morning and knows what is in them, and whenever she was asked to check she refused. he asked to speak to someone else but she said she was the manager and there was no one else to talk to. i am deathly allergic and would love to have piece of mind, instead i was being refused the time of day to check. she ended up hanging up after the fourth time of my boyfriend asking her to actually check the ingredients.

You ready for a story? It's worth the read I promise.Food: ehhService: absolutely horrendousAmbiance: a jokeI don't ever leave reviews but I'm hotter than a pickle bug in a pepper patch.Let me start off by saying, this location is the absolute worst location I've ever visited.I live near it and have went a few times and every single time something is wrong with my food. Either it's not made right or something is missing or shoot, sometimes they give me the complete wrong item.Where do y'all get your employees Backpage? LOLCoffee: blandIced coffee: tastes like when you leave it on your table for 4 hours and all the ice melts and it's all watered down.Food: it's , Bland at best, but hey sometimes it's over cooked and burnt but at least that adds some flavor.Oh, and let me not forget it's never hot. I always gotta warm that stuff up when I get home. Thank God I have an air fryer.Look I'm from the south and we actually season our food and our fast food restaurants food actually tastes good. These folk up here have no sense of hospitality. They don't know how to speak to people, and they definitely have no customer service skills. Not to mention they don't know how to make food taste good. Do better yall.I'm writing this whole review due to an incident today. My wife went up there to get three sandwiches and 4 hash-browns. She got back home and I looked in the bag and what did I see? No hash-browns. Oh perfect right? They forgot something again. So I have her call up there to speak with someone and we had to call four separate times and on the third call someone picked up and hung up instantly. Finally got through on the fourth call and the young lady that answered was instantaneously and incredibly rude right off the muscle. I mean right off the grip. My wife explained to her what she ordered and what was in the bag, she told her that the hash-browns were missing and she said well that's not my problem you should have checked the bag.......She is partly right but as a customer, I should not have to check my bag to make sure my little hashbrowns are in the bag. Your employees should listen to what the customer is asking for. But who knows right?Any how my wife asked her for a resolution for the situation at hand and the (manager) said "well we are closed now and there is nothing I'm willing to do, bye."And she hung up the phone.Little girl I hope you see this review and I hope you learn from your mistakes. You are in the service industry. Act like it. I know it's a pain to deal with customers sometimes but if you're not able to handle it, then find a different line of work and (Don't be rude). Life is too short to have an attitude all the time. Do your job properly and do it with pride you'll go so far in life. Employees like you are the reason restaurants get bad reviews. DO BETTER!#trythatinasmalltown

Me and a friend had just come through the drive through and weren’t given our full order we had ordered, they were just trying to rush out of there to clock out. We weren’t even given a receipt for the missing items on our order which hasn’t been the first time we have had missing things and had to come back and have them remake the order. We had called and spoken to an extremely rude manager expecting the situation to be rectified and she was being extremely rude and snyde. Continuing to responding in such a way I wouldn’t expect someone with the title manager to speak to us. The manager then decided to hang up the phone once she was told me I was sorry out of luck, then snickered and stated she wasn’t going to help me any further. Unacceptable behavior from someone within the food industry, as someone who also works in it, personally do better or look into the people representing your company and poor hospitality.

I ordered all of my food, my food wasn’t read back to me and I also didn’t receive a receipt. I even tipped the register person. I was told my a manager that there’s nothing she can do and got hung up on twice. This is not the customer service I ever expected from an establishment I frequent often.

Kid-friendliness: The boss is unprofessional and using the “ F “ word for delaying the orders. Loud and angry woman. She treat them as nothing but a piece of Junk. Sad to experience in my sight early Sunday morning.

The hours show 2pm. I arrived at 12:30. It’s closed but you see people inside. I don’t know what’s going on in Indiana with all of Einstein bagel bros but they need to all close. Poor business! Atleast update your hours! Nonsense. It was a bunch of cars in drive through because the front door says drive thru only but nobody attended to anyone. Just unprofessional… on top of that drove 30 minutes just for the bagel.

Good coffee. My friend loved the lox. Unfortunately I did not know that they have recently moved to an all take out model - which explains why there was almost no seating. However since we had stopped there after a two hour drive (we were a few minutes early). Next time I'm near one and need a bagel or coffee great - but not so much needing a quick rest stop in addition to that after a 2 hour drive.
