Went through the drive through the lady on the headset was huffing and puffing while I was placing my order I just pulled away called to talk to the “manager” and was told she wasn’t talking to me like that but I was placing my order told the manager that the next person may not take like me and leave and instead my do something else and she was threatening to call the cops on me and for what???!!! All I said was that the next person who she huffs and puffs too may not leave and may try to fight her or something else but they will never get my business again they need to work on their customer service there

Hey, fast food isn't supposed to be the Ritz, this Burger King will at least treat you like you're there. Very friendly, fast, and professional, which is what most fast food places are lacking these days. I'm not normally a fan but this place was great.

The lady that was running the drive thru was very nice!The food, however, wasn’t as great as her service.Ordered a large onion ring and it was barely half full (nope… they weren’t spilled in the bag either ?), which didn’t matter since they weren’t edible. They were exceptionally soggy and wet feeling. The rodeo cheeseburger is the only burger I eat from BK and unfortunately they way it was put together made it very squishy and not so great. The nay other weird part is that there was no salt on either the onion rings or the fries.Definitely did not feel like I got $15 worth of food.

the service attitude of the staff and the manager is very very bad. The manager is obscenely rude, I think he is showing his displeasure in his career path. Always irritable and just personally angry overall. Katherine understands why he always works alone.

Manager was rude. Dropped my Sprite in my truck (obviously completely my fault) and asked for a new one because I just didn’t think it would be that big of a deal. He goes “Not my fault now is it”. He was all over the place even though there were only 2 other people behind me. Probably won’t be coming back. Food was cold.

The prices are ridiculous. I didn't know how much I needed to pay until I got to the window. If I would have known that a medium whopper meal was going to cost me $10.02 I would have ordered differently.

Manager refused our service because we were in a work van that clearly met the 8' clearance. The manager said he does not allow vehicles with a ladder rack to enter and when we pointed out the truck in front of us which was lifted and had a ladder rack he said he "yelled" at him for it. I told the manager he had no right to yell at anybody especially if they meet the 8' clearance and there was no signs posted stating vehicles could not enter if they were equipped with a ladder rack. Have been through hundreds of drive throughs and have never heard such a thing. 6/1/22 11:30am

They are not open in the morning on the time listed. Employees just ignored all us cars that came through.

The service was fine, but the croissanwich I started eating immediately after purchase was cold. I did have better evening food here one day previously.
