Not sure what happened here but, it's not the same as it was a year ago. Burger not cooked correctly and zero seasoning. The burger had no taste at all. Hopefully they can turn this around

This is our favorite burger place in town. Delicious food for a good price. We ordered take out frequently during covid and I was always astonished at how quickly our orders were ready! Highly recommend their sweet potato fries

Today's lunch stop was Burgerhaus. Cool spot, nice outdoor seating and today was a perfect day to dine outdoors. For starters I ordered the Buffalo shrimp - yummy! The shrimp was crispy, fried to perfection and tossed in a tangy Buffalo sauce with the right amount of spice. It's served over a bed of mixed greens with ranch dipping sauce. It was very tasty to the point I was sucking on the shrimp tails. Now on too my entree.... I ordered the Kyoto. It's sushi grade Ahi Tuna with spinach and sweet chili sauce on a brioche bun. Can you say "fire"? It was so delicious. I also had a side of fries, which they were pretty decent. I can't wait to go back to try the plant based burger. It was definitely a treat. I recommend you try it out.

When I have a simple takeout order for one, it sure would be nice if they could get my order right and not leave out part of it. And the mistakes never benefit the customer.

Staff was very friendly. The waitress (Oliva) made a special trip back to the table to thank me for the tip. Food was served quick, hot and tasteful. If I am back down that way, I'd eat there again.

Nice selection of burgers. Quality of food is good. Wait staff is friendly. Nice outside seating. They have a rotating selection of about 30 beers. Many local but they need to do an updated daily list of what is available.

Burgerhaus has Carmel's best burger. It's an absolute fact! We ate outside on the comfortable patio. Service was outstanding. The selection of beers on tap is tremendous. This place is a treasure.
This place blew us away! We first loved that we were seated immediately. Next, we loved that the menu is around-the-world themed. For example, you can order the Vienna, Cozumel, or Tuscan burger, etc. So fun. I ordered their lettuce wraps and loved them. They are huge, but so fresh and so beautiful-looking. My husband has gotten a variety of burgers here and loved them every time. They have a few tables on the patio out front, but we did carry-out last time we stopped in. Cheers!

Straight out the gate, the service was on point, and the menu was instantly grabbing my attention. I had to tell myself I shouldn’t over order, as many items were appealing to me. Alexis, our server, remembered every picky detail of my order, not an easy task. The fried pickles I’m putting in my top 2 best places to get fried pickles!My Burger of choice, The Monaco.I’m thinking of my leftovers now… grateful I have a little bit of this fabulous burger to devour.

Ordered a couple of burgers to go. One was great but the other was ordered to be medium well and it was very under done. Reached out via social media and email address listed on their website and got no response. Probably good most of the time but lack of customer service is a big negative.

What an absolutely fantastic experience our party had last night!!! Our server Crystal was top notch!! She took our party of 39 and acted like it was a party of 4!! Drink and apps were out quick and they were awesome. Homemade pickle chips and onion rings were some of the best I had. And the burgers……. Omg….the burgers!!!!!! Mind boggling how delicious they were. But the real star of the evening was our server Crystal!! She were absolutely incredible!! I would highly recommend her to take care of your party.
