Trio fajitas was terrible, steak grade unknown by Manager. The chicken was try, shrimp was OK.Beans were served cold.Hostess wore light up sneakers and was hanging out with friend in bar. Dirty bar top and utensils.

Your standard experience at a chilis. One thing was the server was very attentive and the atmosphere was really nice. Felt more relaxed and inviting than some I have been too.

I am in a state of bamboozlement. This Chili's locations is absolutely HORRENDOUS. There is NO explanation whatsoever as to why the food is so disgusting. I usd to love Chili's, but this changed my persective on it forever. My husband Bob and I sat down and it felt like i was interacting with the grim reaper when he said "welcome to chilli's, what do you want?" My son was left in tears when we got the food because it was packed with onions when I told the server "no onions" This is outrageous. When you walk in it feels like you are walking into a haunted resturaunt. Oh and another thing about the food is that it was ice cold AND the food took around 45 minutes. I was going to ask the sever to send it back and to get the onions off of my sons food but, I didn't want to wait for another 45 minutes. I had the worst experience I have EVER had. I am very dissapointed in this company and would hate for anyone to have the same experience as me. I hope that you know that I will NEVER COME BACK HERE!

Walked in the door. Stood at the host's booth, but there was no host. Waited for 10 minutes and no one came. There were people seated that looked like they were waiting for food. The staff must have been pretty short this evening. Maybe Chili's should pay a livable wage so they have more employees?

the guy who served us was so busy he had a lot of tables in the bar area but he was straight to the point got us what we wanted and we were in and out even though it was super busy he was very nice. only complaint that we had was the ranch being runny but the honey mustard makes up for it lol❤️❤️
