Pairing a very high-quality product with exceptional customer service is a winning formula and one that will keep this "ClusterTrucker" coming back again and again!Never had anything on your menu that wasn't excellent and that goes for the chicken strips and spicy chickpea wrap we just ordered. The strips were big, juicy and had just the right amount of batter and my better half said the wrap was the best she's ever had. You never skimp on the ingredients or the portion size which is refreshing when it seems every other restaurant is.All I can say is, "Don't Go Changin!"

Used to be really good when CT first started but now, every time I order food something is wrong or missing and the delivery drivers have no clue what they’re doing. The last 4-5 times I’ve ordered it’s been a hassle and the food not even remotely worth it. I wish they’d get back to the quality they once offered but until then, just order somewhere else.

This is my Go To when I have a large group meeting at this point. I always receive hot, fresh, and delicious food from a friendly driver. If you have a chance to try the fried chicken sandwich with a side of sidewinder fries - I promise you won't regret it or forget it, lol!

Quick lunch for a busy day, I ordered the spicy chick pea bowl, tomato bisque and cheese pizza. All they need online for a pick up is your order choice and phone number - pretty intuitive process. My order was ready in 12 minutes!!! I was pretty damn impressed cause it was around 12 pm on a Saturday and I assumed a long wait. My pick up was inside Kroger (just to the left as soon as you enter) and I was out in less than 1 minute. The packaging, presentation and taste were stellar. Just as and more than I expected! This is seamless customer service where I don’t have to wait in long lines, then wait to be seated and then wait another 30 mins for food. Yes there are days I would like an elaborate meal but , there are days I am in a mad rush and I still would like fresh food. Will be coming back- highly recommend!

I work at a Kroger where ClusterTruck is located. I’ve used them 5 times and I am very pleased with how efficient they are. I’ve never had to wait more than 7 minutes. Their pizza is really delicious. The convenience alone has made me a repeat customer. I met with one of their staff a few days before their grand opening and he politely walked me through how to download the app and place orders. Now it literally takes me 30 seconds to place my order. Great work!!

We like to order lunch from ClusterTruck during our busy weeks (Accounting Firm) because we can count on the food being delicious and what we expected, and having several orders, the organization and efficiency the service and delivery is a must. My personal favorite item is the Taco Salad (fresh lettuce and toppings)! We are never disappointed.
When are you guys going to be open in Carmel again???!!! I crave those chocolate chip cookies on a regular. The white chicken chili is also a favorite! Everything is delicious, I love the concept!

They have something to please everyone, including my kids, which says a lot!! All the food is super fresh, hot and flavorful and the prices can’t be beat. Love how you can track the whole process from the time they receive your order to when it arrives. Don’t want to track it? No problem. You’ll get a text to say exactly when your food will get to you.Seriously some of the best takeout we’ve had- this is definitely dine-in quality, but with the convenience of eating at home.
