Ordered a football ice cream cake a week in advance. I told them I wanted the bottom brown like a football. I got a soccer net and soccer ball....this is Indiana. Football is American football. Not soccer.

I made an order through Uber eats. Dairy Queen called me to apologize that they no longer had the item but would be happy to switch it with something else. I changed it to the blizzard of the month. The person on the phone was super courteous, extra nice, and really made the experience soooo much better. It’s good to see and hear such wonderful customer service. Thank you DQ team!
We frequent DQ’s fairly often in our travels. We stopped by this location today and were very pleased and impressed with the friendly staff, quality of the food and cleanliness of the dining area. The best DQ experience we’ve had in many years. Would definitely recommend this DQ to friends and family.

Paid extra for two extra scoops of cookies and a third of it is straight vanilla ice cream, I don't understand this we've been to the moon but you can't mix a blizzard all the way

Went through the drive thru and repeated my order 3 times still not right when i recieved my food. The meat was not warm and definitely not dairy queens flame broiled burgers the meat tasted fake!
