The cashier lady was very quiet and seemed very bored. She obviously wasn't trained well at all on how to use the register. I asked for a large pizza half margarita and half hawaiian. We ended up getting a full margarita pizza with hawaiian on one side and CINNAMON on the entire thing? Our breadsticks also took forever, and the manager realized they were just sitting on the pickup heater the entire time. The pizza was also undercooked and super doughy. Drinks were fine. It still tasted good and it seemed like the manager knew what he was doing.

Always quick and delicious. I've ordered here countless times and have always been pleased. Thin and crispy is the best, their sauce is probably one of my favorites, very robust.

This is the worst Donatos I have ever dealt with. Repeated issues of missing food items with no credit given when brought to their attention. The Manager will not come to the counter when I have gone in to discuss the missing items and incorrect orders. My wife likes the cauliflower crust so I have repeated orders but everyone is a fiasco and the mgmt doesn't care. I'm done with them and recommend not ordering from this location. The person at the counter told me she is the assistant manager, only makes $11/hour, and is not empowered to make corrections or refunds. The manager stays in an office in the back and refuses to respond. Terrible mgmt and results. Attn Manager: I left my phone number on the last receipt for another of your failures and requested you call me since you would not come out. I'm still waiting for that call and refund.

Never know what I am going to get from here, it's either great or horrible. But too often the pizza is burnt on the edges, not enough sauce or cheese, dry, and lukewarm. Do your employees know how to cook a thin crust?? I choose pickup so I don't have to wait for delivery in order to avoid these issues and yet they're still happening.

On 5/20/23 I had the best experience at this location. There was a young lady by the name Tanae worked the register and she was so sweet and helpful. I walked to the location and had a long walk back home so it was refreshing to cool off in the lobby while waiting on my pizza (although it was a short wait time ;)) My pizza was SO delectable and that simple yet kind experience made my Saturday so much peaceful! I accidentally lost my receipt, otherwise I would have filled out a survey

For National Pizza Day, I had to get pizza for dinner, so I decided to get a pizza with Donato's. I tried the cauliflower garden pizza with Italian breadsticks and a side caprese salad. Amazing!! The pizza was thin crust and for the first time trying cauliflower crust, I was very impressed!! It was delicious and light!! The taste was different, but I enjoyed it and felt good I was eating healthier. The caprese salad was very fresh and tasted marvelous! It was a true Italian salad with all the right ingredients. Donato's is a wonderful pizza place with a true ambiance of Italian decor and the smell of pizza as you walk in the front door. The varieties of pizza are excellent and creative. You can get whatever pizza you want thick crust or thin crust, and even cauliflower crust pizza. The staff are professional and courteous and willing to take good care in preparation of your pizza. Donato's is a great pizza place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good pizza.

When I went in to pick pizza up noticed employee making pizza has 2 inch long fingernails and not wearing gloves. When I saw her come out to go to the bathroom I left without the pizza.
If you want frozen tasting pizza for twice the price, this is the place for you. Actually, the frozen tastes better.Went there on a Saturday, they were out of hand tossed dough (wut. I thought this was a pizza parlor) and got the next thickness up. Toppings and sauce were bland. It was hot, however, so two stars for that.Next time? Bazbeauxs.Oh, and I stuck my head in the "Party Room" at this place. Never has there been a room more mislabeled.

Food was cold and forgot my cheese sauce. If you charge a 4.99 delivery fee, you should deliver hot food and get an order correct at the least. ?

We ordered our pizza at 5:30 and got an email confirmation saying our pizza would be delivered by 6:20 and got another email at 6 saying it left the building. An hour went by and we still had no pizza. 20 minutes later my brother saw it sitting out on the porch. It was cold. The driver did not knock or inform us in any way that our pizza was here. We also did not write special instructions for it to be left on the porch in the rain. Highly dissatisfied with donatos tonight and many other times as well.

I placed an online order for roasted garlic rub on 5 traditional wings and to pay in the restaurant. When I arrived, I made sure that they charged me for my balance.The wings were tasty but crumbs were messy.I was surprised that this location has a party room. It could be helpful when it is opened again and health concern is not so risky.

Clay, who helped me with my lunch order today greeted me as soon as I arrived and made me feel welcome. I don't know why all these reviews aren't 5 star? I've been coming here for a few years and this is by far the best pizza joint in Carmel!
