The coffee that I ordered was a little lukewarm, so I politely asked if they could just throw it in the microwave to heat it up. Didn’t even ask them to remake it. The young girl at the counter first looked at me like I was an idiot and then the response I got was a rude “we can’t control the temperature of the coffee” and that they do not have a microwave to heat anything up. Just bad service. Find employees that care about their job.

This was my first, and last time at this DD. It was disgustingly filthy! Every table was dirty, greasy fingerprints all over them. The floor was beyond filthy! Dropped food (no, NOT crumbs - FOOD) under every table. It was obvious a child had just been at the table I sat at because half of the kids breakfast was on the floor under the table. And the filthy high chair was still sitting there. (BTW - I didn't sit at another table because unfortunately the one I chose was the least dirty of them all. The vinyl on many of the chairs is ripped, or cracked. I didn't even want to touch the chairs, they were so grossly dirty. I sat on napkins and covered the table top with napkins prior to putting any of my food on it. There are missing wall tiles, filth under movable fridges and countertops, trash on the floor in front of the cash register. The staff obviously does not know how to care for the dining area of the restaurant. There were 3 or 4 employees just standing around talking and on their cell phones, all the while the dining area is filthy. The girl that took my order seemed bothered by the fact that I ordered food, not just coffee and a donut. I guess she has to work harder to hand me a breakfast sandwith. I ordered an egg and cheese English muffin. The muffin was RAW. Not just under toasted. It was not toasted at all. The sandwich was terrible and I ended up throwing the top layer of muffin away because it was so gross. DD corporate needs to talk to this franchisee, because whoever that is, is doing a terrible job. I also might drop a hint to the Health Department to pay them a visit. I wish I had taken pictures!

Doughnuts are delicious, but the ordering system is idiotic. I ordered three boxes for three different friends on the kiosk, each with a variety of doughnuts. However, the receipt shows all of them combined. I didn't come here to see computer solving stupid math problems; I just wanted to buy doughnuts.

Consistently bad quality drinks for the past five years. Iced coffees in particular just taste disgusting and burnt

It's great for when you want twice the coffee for half the price of Starbucks. I do always have a long line going around the place on the weekends, but they do a great job of making that line move fast. We took leaving mobile order though and go in to pick up and it's always ready.

The employee who helped me at the window was very friendly and did a great job correcting an issue with my online order. However, the socks are so inconsistent with Dunkin and I've had a hard time finding something I like every time. I was disappointed again today after ordering something I've enjoyed in the past.

Girl working behind the coutner was clueless and had no idea what she was doing. Also had a horrible attitude. I instantly regretted going here, I’ll stick with Starbucks.

can't get enough of it! bacon egg and cheese on an english muffin and a side of hash browns is AMAZING. swear i could eat their food everyday. always cooked perfectly and warm.

I had a HORRIBLE customer service at this very location. There's a girl at the window who treated me like an outcast. She finally gave me my order and didn't give me my receipt. I waited in the window & expected her to at least to sat sorry or something. This small girl, just handed me the receipt without saying a word.I mean who does that? HORRIBLE!!!

I just came through the drive-through, and the young lady who took my cash. I asked her if I could add a donut and she was so mad because I had an add-on. Very unfriendly. I would definitely not have her at the window as your first impression. Been going to Dunkin’ Donuts for years always the best service, friendly, smiling overall happy. She was not. She was complaining about being cold, and like everything was a burden to her.Kid-friendliness: Yes

Perhaps it’s the era we live in, where people don’t like to work, or the employees that Dunkin’ has hired at this location. It also seems customer service isn’t a factor anymore. There is one lady in particular, I wish I knew her name, but she is the only one who provides good customer service and gets my drink right. Whether I do drive-thru or, in-store, everyone (with the exception of the one lady) makes it seem like I’m an inconvenience by coming to their store to get consumables. The wait times are also absurd and it’s not shortage of staff because there are plenty of workers. I waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged, and there were 4 employees there and no one else in the lobby (only a few cars in the drive-thru) and one of the gals wasn’t doing anything but made it a point not to look in my direction so as to pretend she didn’t see me. After this many of the same experiences I can’t make anymore excuses. Today, I was told they aren’t making food because they are too backed up. I still can’t fathom that as I am typing it. A restaurant is too backed up to serve food? I don’t mind waiting for a food item that I ordered, but I didn’t even get that choice. I don’t know that this review will do anything, and I typically don’t leave reviews because I know management doesn’t usually pay attention to them. Still, after so many of the same experiences at one location, I feel it’s worth saying something in the chance that these reviews are noticed.

0/10 service. Employees didn't even acknowledge our existence in the drive thru and didn't even look at us when we got our order. Sad customer service skills.
