Pat Your Weave Drag Brunch was awesome. Sausage and Gravy Pizza was better than I planned it to be. I crave that pizza daily. Biscuits and gravy meal was also scrumptious. Staff were friendly and attentive. So many ppl to help and get things. Works in the service industry for many years- I have never seen a manager do so much. He was serving, food running, at one point he had on an apron. Kudos to him. Very Rare. Only complaints- I ran out of $1.00 bills and in some spots the lighting was too dark.

The food was better than we expected tbh. The burger, chicken and shrimp tacos were amazing! The desserts were even better! So, so good! The entertainment venue was really neat too. We were so close to the artist. My only complaint is that once the main act started, our waitress disappeared and I had to ask a different one to go get her for us.Dietary restrictions: They had vegan and gluten free options

Great jazz brunch with Valerie Phelps and band. Food was just ok. BLT with avocado was quite dry and would have improved with the addition of some lettuce and mayo on the side. Caesar dressing was almost tasteless and underdressed although the server brought some extra, it took awhile, Friends shrimp and grits were quite tasty. Enjoyed the show and cozy ambiance.

What an absolute delight! We were invited by friends and couldn't have been happier. We were met at the door by Derek the maître D. He's amazing and a huge ambassador for the Cabaret. The food was great but the venue and artists were perfection. If you like jazz you must check this place out. Super intimate.with wonderful acoustics.

What to say…? It. Was. So. Bad. We went on a Friday night, expecting to have some nice drinks and tasty food, and to see some excellent entertainment, the tickets being a Valentine’s gift from my husband. We were impressed by the hotel and staff when we walked in, and the atmosphere in Feinstein’s seemed nice too, although we noticed immediately the seating was reminiscent of Beef and Boards vs a cozy bar. We ordered drinks while we perused the menu, and my martini ended up being quite delicious - the highlight of the evening. The menu seemed a bit random, with few appetizers (I would expect a nice selection at a bar offering live entertainment?) to choose from, so we decided to go ahead and order dinner. The salads and entrees were quickly delivered by food runners at the same time. Wait what? And, once we dug in, we found the food quality was dismally institutional at best. We were in shock, knowing the prices we were being charged were more in the “fine dining” range. Had we been at a cafeteria and paying cafeteria prices, well OK. Had we been at a conference in a Marriott banquet hall where hundreds were being served at the same time, OK, but even then our salads would have been cleared before our entrees were served! Then the “entertainment” started, taking us from bad to worse. We were cringing from the very start as the singer introduced himself and feebly attempted to build repoire with the audience. His timing and selection of music was simply bizarre and equally cringeworthy, as was his apparel. While he had a decent enough voice, he struggled to stay on key with each and every song, and was overly dramatic in a terribly amateurish way. We joked that we should’ve eaten at MCL and then attended a Valentine’s concert at a local high school for a similar, but much more affordable, experience. We quickly decided we wanted to cut our losses and head home to watch TV, but our server was nowhere to be found, so we were trapped for what felt like hours. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any worse, he introduced a guest singer who was so bad, and who made such a mockery of a fine Adele number, that we felt embarrassed to have borne witness. Finally we were able to catch our server’s attention, and never have we been so happy to escape to our vehicle and head home from an event, even though we have been left with the distinct feeling we were robbed. Expected so much more from a downtown Carmel venue!

An opportunity to check out Feinsteins fell in my lap via invitation from a friend with an extra ticket to the Anthony Nunziata show. We were in the "cheap seats" at the bar but the venue is small enough that visibility was still excellent and the performer came out through the bar area so that was especially nice. The show was great, and I liked hearing the Italian classics. The atmosphere is intimate and had a nice dinner theater feel. Service at the bar was as good as it could be considering the one bartender was prepping all of the drinks and taking care of food orders for those of us seated at the bar. He was quite a multi-tasker. I had a filthy martini which was good but not worth a second at the cost. My butternut bisque was interesting but in hindsight not something I'd spend another $8/cup on. I enjoyed my scallops and was too full for the dessert I was eyeing before dinner. The food had some interesting flavor pairings and was good but I had some "eh" moments; the risotto was a bit smooshier than I like and both the bisque and risotto were butternut squash based but both didn't have much of the squash flavor I love or it was hidden with the other flavors in the dishes. I had a good time at Feinstein's and would like to see another show but would likely eat dinner elsewhere first and have drinks and dessert there next time.

It was a great day to be alive. We were blessed to have Christine Andreas and her husband. If angels could sing, we just witnessed an Angel in Carmel. The Feinsteins had lovely food. It was the best chocolate moose I've ever had.

So the food I guess was too upscale for me. They do change the menu every few months though which is cool. Dessert was delicious. They don't have many options that aren't alcohol unfortunately. For someone like me that made everything very limited. I have health issues and cannot have alcohol and have to follow a certain diet. The people that worked at this establishment are absolutely AMAZING. The lady that even just showed us our seats was so friendly and informative. The bartender was great with my husband trying to figure out something he might like to drink based on his taste. Our server was very kind and understanding with me having to send my meal back due to it not sitting well with me. They provide different entertainment throughout the year which makes it a very cool experience. It's set up like a small cabaret style I would say. You will feel comfortable dressing up or like me, who doesn't own a fancy thing, nice jeans and a cute black top. I would definitely go back! Matter of fact, I already have tickets to one of the events coming up.

We've had brunch here twice. One Drag Brunch and once for Jazz Brunch. Menus vary a bit for each. Both are excellent. Entertainment is top notch and the atmosphere is pure class.

We and another couple loved Blair as he performed a variety of Christmas Songs and some R & B and was entertaining & engaging during the entire performance. The venue was excellent and will plan on coming back.

We attended a show a few weeks ago. The service during the show was a bit awkward and disruptive. The drinks were fine. The food was delicious - I had the Caesar salad with salmon. The cheese board was less than desired for the price. The space for the show was wonderful!

Heywood Banks was incredible! However three dinners so salty they were inedible and took a half hour to get drinks and one hour for food to come out. Been here for two separate events and each time restrooms were being cleaned after the show. Not worth coming backParking: Valet parking very confusing how to pay.
