I just went through the drive thru and ordered a caramel pecan concrete. After paying and sitting in my car waiting for my order, the girl came to the window and said they didn't have hot fudge or hot caramel. I asked what they did have and she said butterscotch. Since I already paid and waited, I said fine. What she gave me didn't even have the pecans in it, just vanilla ice cream and butterscotch. Seriously? How lazy can you be? I never leave bad reviews, but this was exceptionally horrible.

They literally gave my partner butterscotch and vanilla ice cream in what was supposed to to be a turtle concrete. They came to the window and said they didn't have any caramel or chocolate after we'd paid. They were too busy trying to rush out and close at 9:45 to even care. Not coming back as this was our first time trying.

I came here this past Friday (March 15) and ordered my food to go. However, they lost my order and I had to wait 40 minutes for my food, when my food should have taken 5 minutes to make. I may not come back to this location if they keep losing my order.

Pretty bad experience with the takeout. Ordered $50 worth of food. The burgers were missing cheese, the sauce and lettuce. The extra sauce packets were missing from the order completely. It was as if whoever put the order together did not bother to get anything right. The order was timed to be picked up at 7.30pm and picked it up at about 7.35pm and the food felt like it was sitting there for more than 30 minutes. Perhaps others might have better luck going here during busy time.Vegetarian options: Veggie burger

Person taking order mumbled and talked so fast you couldn’t under Him. Restaurant filthy. The store needs a deep cleaning. Sandwich was handed out slopped together. Asked for ketchup and they pointed to container that was facing away from customers and walked away.
