This has been our "Go To" Chinese restaurant since we moved to the area in 2014. The food used be so plentiful and delicious.. we ordered it knowing there was a price increase (which is understandable) but less food and sooooo unappealing! The general tsaos chicken tasted like shredded, hard pork overly fried in a sauce that was almost burnt. It literally wasn't edible! Our egg rolls were tiny compared to what they were and again, not great quality. We also ordered the hunan chicken and sweet and sour chicken and nothing was like it used to be. My speculation is that maybe rent has gone up since the plaza has been updated with Our new store and appearance and they are using cheaper food but charging more to make ends meet. I'm SOOO sad to have to post the is reviews but ...it's a lot of money for not great food!! Hopefully things will turn around.

Very rude to take out people. Do not order to go via Uber or door dash or phone call they will prioritize in-house orders over you. Also not very friendly

The food was very sub par and downright bad. Overly greasy sweet and sour chicken like they let it just sit in there for awhile after frying it. Way overpriced for the quality. Easily the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had.

1st time for us and it is a mixed bag ofCommentson the. The racoon was great. The extra large breaded shrimp had the shell still on the shrimp under the breading. That is really bad.The interior of the waiting area was just run down and old and nasty. I'm sure they are trying but I just can't stand buying food from a dirty place. They need to sell food from a clean place to get my repeat business. I also tried the house rice and that was underwhelming and just OK.

The waiting area is not clean and very unkept.Having a food place with unclean area is not a good sign.It made me wonder how the kitchen inside is? Both Chowmein , Chicken fried rice were tasteless.Never had such a bad chineese food in my life.Orange Chicken was bearable though.

The food looked great when I got it but the Gen Taos had a strong chemical taste and I was only able to eat two bites of it before having to throw the whole thing away. Very annoyed that I just ate possibly spoiled or tainted food.

I stopped in to get lunch, as a I was waiting I noticed the outer waiting/dining area was not very clean. The walls are in need of fresh paint and the floor replaced or stripped and waxed. Hopefully the kitchen area is kept cleaner. I will say the food was good but a bit overpriced.

My all time favorite pickup Chinese food place. Every time me and my family order we always get the Chicken Lo Mein and Burbourn Chicken. Hands down best place in the area.

This used to my family's go to establishment for Chinese food in Carmel. Not anymore. I recently was in there, and despite living in a world of Covid-19, I did not see one person wearing a mask. Not the cook and not the woman handling the food. Beyond that, the entire decor and establishment looked dirty and unsanitary. I'm sure they "clean" each day, but wiping stuff down with a paper towel is not the same, and far from acceptable.Beyond that, I have found the service to be rude both on the phone and in person. I would wholly encourage people to stay away from this place until they care to put in the time and effort to run a clean, along with considerate establishment. My family will not return, and I would suggest if you value cleanliness, and not being insulted, you do as well.

Then I ordered it again yesterday, now Im ordering it again today. I think Im addicted, and my diet starts tomorrow! Lol, this is now my favorite dish, I love garlic and chicken! Im on my 4th order this week! Im going to narrow it down to just once a week after I start my diet ?

I order food from the restaurant, unfortunately it's 3 or 4 times I find roaches in the food, then I talk to the manager, and she always to waive my fee and also asked me to keep it secret. I want to tell customers not enjoy this restaurant because you are eating roaches!!!

Great Chinese food takeout. It's quick and clean and the staff is friendly. Great covid 19 precautions in place. The chicken with broccoli is just like what I grew up with. Prices a great too.
