Great food. Delivery service was a little confused. The driver told me my address was incorrect because he came to the wrong side of the building. I tried to explain the building is the same address no matter which side you look at it and to just follow the pin on the app, but I don’t think he was getting it. Still a great spot. I think I’ll just go in from now on.

Jimmy John’s is taking “skimpflation” to a new level. The cucumbers are paper thin and they use the smallest tomatoes ever. The tomatoes on my sandwich are roughly the size of the pickle (see photo).It’s not worth the cost with these silly portions.

It’s a solid Jimmy John’s. Usually the deliveries are freaky fast, but occasionally they’ve taken more than 40 minutes. The sandwiches are always well-made. The one time they forgot chips they let me grab an extra bag the next time.

The food was excellent. Service, if you are new there they don't give you a number or receipt just yell out the number of the sandwich you ordered. Unfortunately, the place was full of people all grappling for each other sandwiches!

Worst JJs. Staff is rude, lazy and unorganized. Orders are never on time. You have to get angry and rude before they will even acknowledge that you are waiting. Don’t go within an hour of closing. They like to close early.

Its been awhile since weve been there.My sandwitch was supposed to have cucumbers & tomatos on it along with the turkey, cheese and little dab of avacado.I had a total of 3 small thin slices of cucumber and 2 little slices of tomato.The turkey is so salty its hard to eat very much.I wrapped most of it up to give to my grandaughter.We will go to Subway from now on, the meats aren't as high in sodium.

I live 5 minutes from this location and it took them an hour to deliver one sandwich. I thought Jimmy johns was supposed to deliver fast. If you live in Carmel go to the one on west 116th street not this one.
