I have been to this location several times. Never a great experience but not horrible. I went at 847pm. When I parked my car, the middle aged lady looked outside and shook her head no. I could tell by her body language she didn’t want me to come in. The other 2 gentlemen looked at me.I open the door and asked what time rhey close. Lady said in 5 mins.(she didn’t say any to make ONE more sandwich) Poor customer service: I left and told them I was going to get a sandwich but her attitude was horrible. When I left she looked confused. She was rude. They were all “older” not young so work ethic and customer service isn’t just bad with teenagers.

Tried to order a #9 and was told they don't have ham. But we could sub for Turkey..... but it would be an up charge. I could have picked a different sandwich but almost all on the menu have ham so I would have been up charged regardless. Employee said , "sorry I don't make the rules." Terrible customer service and shouldn't have to pay for products they didn't have.

I placed an order online but it read error .. looked at my bank account and it pulled money. I called the restaurant and a women CONFIRMED they had my order. I waited 50 min nothing, I love Jimmy John's and know that's it really is fast delivery so by this point I was confused. So I called the restaurant AGAIN and now they told me the order didn't go through?! So I placed ANOTHER order they pulled from my account again and it was delivered in its normal time. Iv been waiting to eat for 2 hours already at this point. Open up my sandwich there's cheese. I requested no cheese, I would have made a note at the end but I might of missed the option to add the note. I'm severely allergic to cheese, so i can't just pull the cheese out, I can no longer eat the sandwich. Didn't eat the chips either cause I only enjoy them with a sandwich. So technically I spent $16 for one pickle! Extremely dissatisfied.

Sandwiches are awesome, but sadly the staff situation is bad and I dread going in there. One person in particular barely speaks and seems to be angry a customer showed up. I would go much more often if staff was friendlier.

I order lunch from this location a couple times per month. Always online. Today I had to call in and spoke to Brandy. She was awesome to work with. She got my order in quickly then saw I had enough rewards points for a free sandwich so she changed my order without me saying a word. I had no idea I had enough rewards points for that. So, a shout out to a good associate and a good experience.

I also experienced an issue with a middle aged woman at this particular store... not the first time this individual has thrown temper tantrums when it gets busy. It's uncomfortable and I couldn't believe I had to witness this exact behavior on more than one occasion. I understand we all have bad days, but I wouldn't have posted if this had been the sole instance of this happening at this location by this individual.
