There never have chicken, mess up your orders, and give you whatever they have in your box, and when you tell them the order is wrong, you have to jump through hoops. Close it please!!!

Haven't been to a KFC in Y E A R S and what a great surprise! This spot was fast and friendly service drive thru. Delicious spicy crispy chicken sandwich and the fries were so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Plenty of napkins and parking if you wanna eat inside.

The chicken was old not fresh and I asked for extra crispy and got original. They don't listen or double check the orders. Smh

I truly don't think the employees have much passion for working here. Every time I come here, the wait takes an hour and they always end up making everyone in line wait in the parking lot. Like I get that it takes 20 minutes to reprep and restock, but when you have an employee tell you their shift ended as they bring you your food, stand around inside when there is no one in line and you're the only person in the lot, and make lame excuses on why a simple bowl took the longest time to make, there is something wrong with the body of the establishment. Ticket time for most places is 15 minutes max. I'm not sure if they don't prep prior or what, but they need to step up.

Every time i come here it's "sorry we need to put more chicken down. 20 minute wait, unless you want to get the chicken you didn't order then it's 6." How hard is it to have chicken.

They took our order and gave us our food very quickly only thing the drive-thru is not truck friendly if you have ext cab.

Went through the drivethru to get an order of fries. Service was fine but cashier at drive thru & the person working behind the counter that was visible were NOT wearing masks. I’d advise against going as food is being prepared with no masks from what I cld see. Given how serious COVID is right now - I’m going to throw away the food I just ordered.

My coleslaw was dry. One of my chicken breasts had no skin on it. The staff was mediocre. I know this is not the standards that KFC would appreciate. I would love to get my money back. And they need better management.
