We had a lovely Sunday brunch. Make sure you start off with the Sticky Bun, it is delicious and can be shared. I got the half order of biscuits and gravy and a side eggs, which perfect, and I loved the spicy kick.

I ordered a breakfast bowl which was about $15. I was shocked to get eggs on it was an additional $3 and I don't even think they would let me order the eggs as I wanted them (scrambled)!! I could not pay $18 on a breakfast bowl. So basically got a bowl of veggies w/ nothing on it to make it taste good. Very disappointed.

Ketchup is not a substitute for hollandaise.I ordered the Seafood Mist with lobster. Normally one of my favorites. I was given ketchup rather than hollandaise- maybe because it was a Door Dash pick up.

In all. Not bad but nothing to write home about. Prices are high for what you get. My southwest omelette was good but not great and it wasn’t very big. The orange juice was $8 for a tiny glass. My daughter got one pancake ( yes one and it was was not even that big) for $8. They act like this upscale restaurant, but then they give you smuckers jelly packets. Not all that impressed. Our server was super nice but they also forgot a side of fruit we never got. Place is super cute but in my opinion that’s their best attribute. I wouldn’t come here again. I’ll god roe less atmosphere and better cheaper food elsewhere.

The Mimosa and seafood mist were my favorite. The restaurant design, and atmosphere was perfect.

Food was delicious. However, items arrived separately or not at all unless we asked. Cute little spot though in a nice arts district.

One of the benefits of a city center is having a lot of great places to eat but this by far is one of my favorite's for breakfast and

Since LePeep was sold, purchased by an investment company and rebranded, its never been the same!! I (and friends) gave it another try the other day . . . and nope! Still not so good!! Bring back old menu along w better quality food!! Miss the granola blues (pancakes) w actual blueberries and oatmeal in the pancakes!! Now, although the oatmeal is in the pancakes, they pour a blueberry like paste over the pancakes that does have blueberries in it, but not the same. The restaurant does now serve alcohol which is nice but not a reason to go there. My friends and I won't be going back. The service also wasn't great.

I've been to other area Le Peep restaurants before, so there were no major surprises here, but what impressed me the most was the 'cool' factor of the location itself. This area on Rangeline is one of my favorite areas of Carmel, practically right downtown near Main Street. The Arts & Design district is polarizing in this community, but I love it. The food was very good - my chorizo burrito really hit the spot, and overall service was great. I'll be back soon.

The location is great! Customer service was welcoming. Great spot for breakfast. I have one suggestion: add more syrup to orders.Parking: For now, parking is free. This may change in the future.

This restaurant has become our “go to” for breakfast. Every menu item is delicious, the lavazza coffee is delightful, and we always have good service, whether it is Julie or Payton!

I had breakfast for lunch. Had the herdsman omelette with potatoes. It's was good but nothing special. Potatoes were done well. I really wished places seasoned their eggs. Omelette would have been so much better had they been seasoned.

I had been there several times before so I stopped by for Wednesday lunch. The food was good but the service was terrible. I waited for at least 20 minutes for a coffee refill and to pay my bill. I don't know what happened to my server, but she finally showed. It will be awhile before I go back there.
