They have decent pine bowls. We wish they have more selection for toppings. Has gotten better though

Was not good. The rice was over cooked and the meat tasted old. Minimal sauce and I couldn't even finish it! Will not be ordering again

First and last time ordering from here. My wife and I both had naked, marinated, & chili crunch salmon. All had an extremely fishy smell and taste and were inedible. Her avocado was brown. They followed my request for wasabi on the side for my bowl, but ignored the same request for marinated ginger for my wife's bowl. They were out of green onions and marinated mushrooms at noon on a Sunday morning. The taro black sweet milk tea was warm and definitely not sweet. I'm sure the prices were inflated on the delivery app, but at $15 for each medium bowl (+$1 extra for the brown avocado) and $10 for the tea all for a meal we couldn't eat was a total waste of our time and money. Based on our experience, 1 star is generous.

We usually like this place but the meat scoops are too small. One employee gave two pieces of salmon in her scoop. It’s $2 per scoop. They need a better way of evening out the portion size that doesn’t vary so much by employee.

The staff was so nice! I believe their names were Nick and Tony! They were extremely patient while we debated on what boba to get, very helpful with recommendations, and drew cute designs on our cups that matched our outfits!!
