I ordered a Medium Sausage Magnifico pizza with jalapeños. My brother picked the pizza up for me and instead of a Sausage Magnifico pizza it was a pepperoni pizza (he was in a hurry and forgot to check). I couldn’t eat as I’m allergic to pepperoni. Called the store to get a refund or a credit to my account. After some back & forth the guy at the restaurant after 10min he finally “placed” an advanced order for my replacement pizza. The day I went to pick up the replacement pizza they claimed no such order. Even went to so far to tell me I was at the wrong store to which I knew I wasn’t. Even called the number on the email confirmation and they answered, he still denied the order. Even after showing them proof (an email confirmation) they still argued with me. After 20min I finally got them to agree to make a replacement pizza. I showed the guy what the order was and he screenshot the order AND they still screwed it up. Gave me a sausage pizza, no jalapeños and not the sausage magnifico I ordered. I didn’t have another hr to blow waiting on them to remake it so I took it and left. They were rude and very unprofessional, I’ll never go there again.

Do not order from this location!!! I placed an order at 6:30pm and received the order confirmation email (and number) indicating my order would be delivered by 7:04. Still no delivery by 7:45. I gave them extra leeway since I know places are busy and short staffed. I called and was told they didn’t receive my online order and they tried to cancel it. I was told it was cancelled and my card was not charged. The associate then hung up without allowing me to ask to re-place my order or ask any questions. I checked my credit card and it had been charged. I called back advising of the charge and was told it would be refunded in a couple days and she would give me free cheesy bread. This is not acceptable. Terrible service. If you cancelled my order, why didn’t you tell me and why did still charge my card? Cheesy bread does not make up for this lack of respect for customers.This is not the first issue with this location, but is by far the worst. I’m willing to be understanding for certain situations, but this is unacceptable.

We used to love this place, but it went downhill in the last couple of years and is now awful. We finally stopped even trying. Closed when they were supposed to be open, Order mixups, taking the order and then closing - all things that happened on more than one occasion. We decided to give it one more try tonight. The person couldn’t find the price of a cheese pizza. He kept us on the line while he had a conversation with someone else. And then said they no longer deliver to our address - and we live 1.3 miles away. It’s too bad, because their pizza is great.
Usually my pizza is 10 out of 10, they definitely use fresh ingredients maybe just a little too much yeast when making the dough but other than that pizza toppings and ingredients are great. Just sometimes they forget to make your pizza and make you wait like 25 minutes knowing the pizza only takes 10’min ?? ?Parking: Usually the surrounding businesses take up most of the parking

I used to love Marco's food. Just ordered some pizza, subs, and chicken poppers. The chicken poppers were good. The ham and cheese sub I ordered, I ordered with extra meat. I got it, and it only had 3 pieces of ham on it. Like...that shouldn't even be single meat for a sub that size. The bread was hard and the ham was hard too. The breadsticks were also hard as a rock. Won't order here again

Marcos is great. The service is always good and on time. The pizzas have a great flavor and the toppings are good quality. The old world pepperoni is delicious.There are a few tables but they are mostly delivery and carry out.
