We were the only ones there and had to wait while the person filled her drink. Then the food wasn’t brought to our table. I had to go and get it. No apologies. Went to the restroom floor sticky and the toilet paper wasn’t in the holder. Nope very disappointed.

I had the most incredible experience at McAlister’s Deli! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly and attentive. The menu offered a fantastic variety of delicious sandwiches, soups, and salads. I tried the McAlister’s Club, and it was packed with fresh, high-quality ingredients that left my taste buds dancing with delight. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable. The sweet tea was the perfect accompaniment to my meal, and I couldn’t resist trying one of their famous spuds as a side. The food was not only scrumptious but also served promptly. Great deli style menu with good food. We picked up an order for 10 people right before closing yet they poured over our order to make sure everything we ordered was right. Wish there was one near us.
The staff was kind, but service was sooooo slow. No obvious reason for the extreme delay in receiving food. They seemed to have enough staff and were not overly busy, but no one worked with any sense of urgency. It took at least 20 minutes to receive my meal on a weekday evening.
